Its April 29th, Jonathans birthday, and you’re in labor. Jonathan is sitting right next to you and says “I can’t believe that our children will have their daddy’s birthday!”
“I’m glad you don’t mind, I was thinking that you would be upset…”
“Well they wanted to be somewhat like their daddy, because they’re going to have your good looks and amber will be able to sing like you!”
You don’t know what to say so you just cry.
“Don’t cry babe.” He says trying to calm you down.
“I-I c-cant he-elp it your just t-the best hu-usband ever!!” you say crying.
As he is wiping away your tears with his thumbs he says “it’s because I love you sooo much!!”
You start to cry even more. The doctor comes in to check your dialation. “Your about 10cm, you’re ready to go!” Jonathan walks you to the delivery room then to get his scrubs on.
When he comes back you are almost ready, he stands right by your side and holds your hand. 2:26 Dillon Michael Toews was born (same time a Jonathan.) and then 2 minutes later Amber Mae Toews was born. They hand one to you and the other to Jonathan. Then take them right back. You start to cry and Jonathan just comforts you.
