I'm what

The day before the game day. Jon was at the UC working out and Addison was in the kitchen typing an article for the draft her and Stan are going to in Philly soon. Then there was a knock on the door. Addison knew that Kennedy and Patrick weren’t coming over tonight and she has no idea who would be coming over. When she open the door she was shock who it was. It was Jon’s family, his mom, dad and brother David.
“You must be Addison.” David come over and gave her a hug. Addison has met Jon’s mom but not his brother or dad. They all came into the kitchen and they see all of the paper work on the dinning room table.
“Sorry about the mess. I didn’t know that you guys were coming down.” Addison went over to the table and started to clean up. Then she looked at her self and she wasn’t looking she’s ready to have guest over.
“Jon might forgot to tell you that we’re coming down to see round 3 of the playoffs. You don’t have to clean up.” Addison put her hair up into a pony tail and said that she will be right back. About 10 minutes later while she was getting ready for Jon’s parents she could hear that Jon was back from his work out. When he came into their bedroom. She could see that Jon was sweaty from head to toe.
“Hey, sorry about telling you that my family was coming to town.” He went over and kiss Addison on the cheek.
“Well I don’t have any for them to eat here so we better just go and eat out then.” Jon jump into the shower and got clean off.

That night they all went out and grab something for dinner. It was a quiet table because they have no clue how to start off the night.
“So Andree told me what you do for a living. What the Blackhawks are going is amazing. Having a women being an an for Stan Bowman. What do you think of the Kings?”
“Bryan I think we should take from talking about hockey for one night.” Andree try to change the subject.”
“It’s fine mom Addison loves to talk about hockey 24/7. Sometime I have to tell her to be quiet because I get jealous that she knows more hockey than me.”
“Well I think the Blackhawks have a lot on their hand on this round. More than what they did against the Blues. They are going to face one of the best goaltenders in the playoffs which don’t tell Corey this. But he’s in my top 5 favorite goaltenders. Also when you have Drew Dougthy, Jeff Carter, Anze Kopitar, Marian Gaborik and Justin William. Having a great coach behind the bench Sutter. Listen I can praise them all night because what they have done in these playoffs more than any other team in the playoffs.” Addison wanted to go on but she needed to take a breath. The look on Bryan’s face was that he was in shock that this girl knew a lot of hockey.
“See I told you.” Jon was took a sip of his drink. The rest of the night was a fun night and they talk what ever anyone could think of.

Once they were in bed. Addison needed to do one more think before she goes to bed.
“Do you think we will win tomorrow?” Jon asks as he walks to bed.
“Yea I think so because they might be tired from beating the Duck in game 7. Kennedy was right you know.”
“What was Kennedy right about?”
“She said that the Kings will be the Ducks.”
“Because if the Kings win then she can go to LA.” Jon read her mind like a book.
“Yep, you know that Kennedy does love LA for some reason.”

When they landed in LA. Kennedy was staying with Addison in her hotel room. So Kennedy didn’t want to stay in the hotel room and watch Addison just type. She beg Addison to stop and go shopping with her. Addison did stop typing and they headed down to the famous Los Angeles Rodeo. Addison didn’t find a lot of things but Kennedy was going to shop till she drop. They headed over to a small restaurant and have a small lunch. They haven’t talk that much since the girls night. Kennedy is packing some of her stuff and making some going to Patrick’s place and other will go to New York with her.
“So you never told me about that dinner night with his family.”
“It went well and David is funny just like Jon.”
“Wait Jon’s funny?” Kennedy was saying it sarcastic.
“When are you going to met Pat’s parents?”
“Soon they will head down to Chicago in game 5. I can’t wait to him is dad.”
“Why is that?”
“Patrick won’t shut up about him and I have seen his mom before. Still haven’t met his sisters yet.”
“When do you start working at ESPN magazine?”
“They told me that I can work after the playoffs end.”
“That awesome for them to let you. Do they know that your dating Patrick?”
“Yea they did and I think that everyone knows because remember what happen a fan came up to me.” Kennedy is still trying to not remember that night but the smell of beer still haunts her.
“But they are going to let me go to Philly for the draft. When is that by the way?”
“June 27. I’ll be there too with Stan.”
“Did you fins any place for you and Patrick to stay at?”
“Patrick said that he will find us a place for us before I start working.” Addison looked at her watch and see that Jon and Patrick are going to pick them up soon.

They got back to their room just in time before the boys came over to pick them up for their double date. When Patrick came into their room, he wasn’t shock of how many shopping bag are on top of Kennedy’s bed.
“Well I hope there’s room in your suite case for all of these to head back to Chicago. Or hoping that I have any room in our closet.” Patrick looked in the shopping bags and see what she bought. When the girls came out of the bathroom. The boys were aw from how beautiful Addison and Kennedy were tonight. They were having a great night until Jon saw in the corner of his eye was his team mate.
“Oh shit.” Jon said under his breath.
“What?” Patrick looked over at Jon. Jon could see that Brent, Duncan, Shaw, Bickell, Sharpie and Bollig all had to come in the same restaurant. He pointed where the guys table was at. It was close to them and Brent saw Jon and Patrick.
“Oh look the boys are here.” Addison saw them and waved at them. About a couple of minutes later their waiter came over with drinks.
“These drinks are for the ladies from the boys over at that table.” The waiter pointed at the boys table.
“Dorks.” Addison pick up the drink and taped her with Kennedy.

Sorry it's short, I haven't found any momentum to write at all this week. It will come back soon and also there are a couple of chapters left till to comes to an end. BTW Happy Farther's day.
