Dear Lana,
Please
Please I can't.
Lana, I'm so sorry, I miss you. This is a joke, I know it is: it has to be. Lana, come on. This isn't funny. I'm not laughing Lana. I'm so sorry. I'm so so sorry. I wish I could turn everything back. Talk to me? Reply to me. Come on bud. I haven't been able to stop thinking about that time we went to the Apple Orchard, like half a year ago, and we were messing around on the hayride. So you stood up to fix your shirt and I thought it'd be funny to jump up and scare you but it wasn't funny because you did get scared and you flipped off the thing. I'll never stop apologizing for that. I'm so sorry. I hurt you, didn't I? That's all I've been good at recently. Please, I know my mom was lying- she had to have been. It's not possible, I know. Remember when we were in Physics class in sophomore year and you got into a fight with Mr. Crutol about how what he was saying was impossible and that he's an unqualified, stupid man? That was the funniest thing I'd ever watched in my entire life. I miss that. I miss that obnoxious, crude humor- the cockiness and the banter. Remember how you got suspended and you snuck back into class because you 'were so motivated to learn.' I swear everybody loved you. Me too... Especially me. There's no way I can play tonight- I haven't stopped shaking. It's weird how I lost all my confidence when I lost you a couple months ago. Lana, I need you to win, come on please.
Patrick
P.S. I know my parents are lying so I'm sending you tickets. Come watch me, I know my parents are lying. I know you'll be able to make it- you always do.
