Beyond the blue line

After church Sidney picked me up and we went to the Spa to get ready for the charity event with Danny and Sam. When we got there we were both nervous about anything with the word “bikini” and “wax” put together. “I’m kinda scared.” I said turning Sidney. She just nodded her head in response. When the lady said she was ready for me I walked up and took a sigh, ‘well this will be painful’ I thought to myself.
Once we both finished, Sidney paid and we were both walking like penguins. I groaned in pain once we got back to my car and I slid into my seat. “That was like worse than having sex with a virgin who can’t put it in.” Sidney said groaning. “I know right!” I said trying to hold the tears back ‘cause it hurt that bad. “The things I do for Danny…” Sid mumbled, which made me laugh. I started the car and we headed back to my house to get ready for that night. I turned on the radio and Bye Bye Bye by NSYNC came on. I glanced over at Sid and the next thing we both were singing to it while I drived.
When we got back to my place we were both laughing so hard it was hard to breathe. We headed straight for my room so we could pick out what dress we wanted to wear for that night. I pulled out ten dresses that would be appropriate for the night. “So which one do you want to wear?” I said carefully lying each dress down and turning on my Ipod which was playing ‘Can you feel the love’ from the Lion King. “Nice song. And ummm… i don’t know maybe the black tight floor length one. I like my curves to show.” Sid said picking up the dress. I looked at the other nine dresses, but I just couldn’t decide on which one. “Yeah that one would look good on you, but I don’t know which one to wear.” I studied the nine dresses and I heard Sidney go to my closet and take something out. “What about this one?” she said holding my black and white floor length dress that had a slit up the left side to show off your leg. I sighed when I saw that dress. The last time I worn that my boyfriend of 3 years and I went to the schools dance and he ended up breaking up with me then banging the school slut. “I don’t know Sid I don’t think Sam wants to see me in that old thing.” I said acting like I was fine. “Old thing? Dude you bought it like 5 months ago and wore it once. Come on I bet Sam would love it. Plus that dress was like made for you” she said teasingly and threw it at me. I laughed and agreed the dress really only fit me, not even Sid who was pretty much the same as me could get it to fit like it fit me.
Time seemed to fly as Sid and I got ready. The boys would be picking us up at 7 at it was only 6:30 when I slid the dress on. I walked to Sid, “So whatcha think?” Her face looked shocked, “WOW! That looks better on you know then it did when you bought it! Damn Sam’s guna have some fun with you tonight huh.” I glared at her and put my hands on my hips, “Sam and I aren’t dating. Why do you think I’d have sex with him tonight?” Sidney laughed, “That dress pretty much is a major tease for any guy. Wouldn’t be nice if you didn’t.” I gave an evil smile, “Well you know I’m not nice.” “We’re guna make Sam wish you were his girl tonight and that dress will be our major weapon.” Sid said as someone knocked on the door. “Can you get it I need to get my purse?” I said as I headed to my room and Sid went to open the door.
As I reached my bedroom I heard, “Wow Sidney you look amazing.” and “So do you Danny. By the way Jade will be down soon, she had to go get something.” When I grabbed my purse I thought about what Sid had said earlier and I went to my dresser and put a condom in my purse and hid it just in case. I headed back to the stairs and when I was walking down I saw Sidney with Danny and Sam standing beside them. When I got to the bottom of the stairs Sam came up to me. “You look absolutely amazing.” he said with a smile. “Thanks.” I said with a smile then a wink.
Sid and Danny took the back seat so I sat next to Sam in the passenger seat. I crossed my legs so my left was really showing. I felt my phone go off so I quickly took it out and read a text from Sid saying “Nice. Work that leg girl!” I turned around and glared at her. “So you guys ready for tonight?” Danny piped up from the back seat. “Yeah!” I said laughing and I turned on the radio and Lovebug by the Jonas Brothers was on. “Sorry thats Dannys.” Sam said and reached to take it out. “No it’s okay I like this song.” I said then started to sing. After a few lines Danny joined in and Sam and Sid couldn’t stop laughing. “Jade I didn’t know you liked the Jonas Brothers.” Danny said from the back. “I loved them when I was like 10 and I still remember their songs.” I said laughing. “Can we put on real music now?” Sid said laughing. I turned it over to 100.7 The Wolf and This ones for the girl by Martina McBride was playing. To mess with Sam I moved my leg. “Hey Sid remember that time we went skinny dipping last summer and this song was playing?” I said looking at Sid in the rearview mirror and winked. “Oh yeah! Damn that water was so freezing cold! But it was worth it I mean it was for the guys so yeah.” she said laughing. “Guys?” Danny asked looking at her concerned. “Babe it was before we were together and it was just Jared Staal and Andrew Shaw.” Sid said cooly, which was sad because all of it was true. “Yeah gosh I felt like I was guna be shaking for weeks after getting out.” I said playing with my hair and noticing Sam noticing me.
When we got to Tuxes and Tails Sid and I had openly talked about what happened the last summer from bonfires with old friends to skinny dipping with hockey players. Sam had linked his arm with mine as we walked into the event to look like those fancy stars. A lot of people were taking pictures of people who walked in. I swear by the time I got out of that all I could see was dots because of the flashes. Sam walked me over to a table with our names on it and he held the chair for me. “Such a gentlemen.” I said as I sat down. “I know I am.” he said smiling as he pushed it in and sat next to me. We talked about random things for about an hour or two. “Wait, how do you even know how to kiss? Is there like some secret class I don’t know about?” I said thinking. Lucky by Jason Mraz started to play. “Well you know there actually is, but it’s full. I could be your tutor.” Sam said with a grin. “Alright. Prove it. Prove to me that you’re a good kisser.” I said confidently. Sam leaned in and kissed me and it was a nice long one.
*Sidney’s P.O.V.*
I sighed and looked at Danny. “So when is Sam going to finally ask Jade out? Everyone knows he likes her and I’m pretty damn sure she likes him.” “Well, by the looks of things of things he did or is going to soon.” Danny said pointing to Jade and Sam. My mouth dropped. ‘Damn, she’s totally guna get laid tonight by the look of that kiss.’ I thought to myself. “Hey babe. You mind if I stay at your place tonight?” I said and kissed him. “Yeah sure why?” he asked smiling. “‘Cause if Jade is getting lucky tonight so am I.” I said with a grin. “Fine by me.” he said kissing me.
*Jade’s P.O.V*
“Wow.” was all I could make out. Sam smiled and kissed me softly again. “You are a good kisser.” I said with a grin. “So are you.” Sam said with a smile. I looked at my phone which read 10:00 PM. “Hey, we should head out soon. It’s getting late.” Sam nodded his head and turned around to look for Sidney and Danny. “I think they already left. Come on lets go.” I said as I stood up. “Yeah sounds good to me.” Sam said as he wrapped his arm around my waist.
As Sam pulled up to my house I remembered that I’d be home alone for 4 days, since my dad was on a business trip. “You want to come in?” I said turning to Sam. “Sure.” he said as he pulled in my driveway and parked. When we got in and the door was closed I wrapped my arms around Sam’s neck and kissed him passionately. He let his hand run up my thigh as he kissed me and he picked me up and carried me up the stairs. “Which one is yours?” he said between kisses. “Third on the right.” I said as I kissed him more and more. When we got into my room Sam opened the door, went through, closed it, then headed for my bed and laid me down. He took off his shirt and leaned in and kissed me. My dress and his pants hit the floor around the same time and we were entangled in each others bodies. Next thing I knew we were both naked and out of breathe lying by each other. “You’re good at that too.” I said as I snuggled next to him and kissed him. “You are too.” he said smiling at me.
