Blast From The Past
Good morning sleeping beauty
When I woke up I looked to my side to see Viktor sound asleep looking very peaceful. It was only 4am, but I needed to make sure I was ready for work, aka morning practice. I carefully got up so I wouldn’t wake the sleeping hockey player. I tip toed into the bathroom and turned on the shower, letting it warm up. As I waited all I could think about is what had happened last night between Andrew and I and Viktor and I. I stepped in the shower and let the warm water run over my body and let my brain try to figure everything out. “What the hell was I thinking sleeping with Viktor? I mean yeah he’s hot.. but ugh he’s so attractive and sweet ugh” I thought to myself. I scrubbed my skin trying to get this weird feeling off. When I thought of Viktor I could feel butterflies in my stomach, but I felt the same with Andrew like I always have, ever since middle school when he fought the school bully for calling me ugly.
I stepped out of the shower and wrapped a towel around my body. I could hear the rustling of bed sheets as Viktor finally woke up. As I opened the bathroom door I heard him yawn, which made me laugh.
“Good morning sleeping beauty.”
“I’m not the beautiful one in the room you are.”
“Well aren’t you the sweetest peach on the tree.”
This made Viktor grin and he made his way over to me even though he was only in boxers.
“Can I say you pull the whole wet hair and towel look off really well. ‘Cause I gotta say you look hot.”
“Oh well you know how to tell me I look ‘hot’.”
I grinned as Viktor leaned in and kissed me slowly. I felt his hand go down the small of my back and pull me closer to him as we kissed. The kiss seemed to last forever, but I didn’t mind. As we separated I smiled.
“Okay we both need to get to work soon. So we both probably should get dressed now.”
“Or we could pull a quicky ‘cause honestly I’d practice better if we did. And plus you in that little towel isn’t helping me right now.”
“Fine, but it has to be quick I don’t want to be late.”
Viktor grind as he picked me up and tossed me on the bed and crawled on top and starting kissing my sweet spot on my neck. He slowly removed the towel from me and started his work. By the end of it I can’t say I didn’t feel better, ‘cause I did.
“Okay get dressed we really need to head to practice now.”
“Yeah Q would probably be pissed if I’m late, but hey you’re worth getting the mustache mad for.”
I laughed and rolled out of bed getting all my clothes and slowly putting them on. From the corner of my eye I could see Viktor taking little peeks at me while I got dressed, which made me blush. When I finally got everything on and I saw Viktor was ready I left the bedroom and he fallowed.
“Wait. Do you have your gear?”
“Yeah, I drove you here last night just ride with me it’ll be easier.”
I smiled when Viktor told me to ride with him. “Does he actually like me like that?” I asked myself as Viktor and I made our way down to his Audi R8 that was white and black. I smiled when I saw the car ‘cause growing up my friends and I would always joke about what if we had a guy who drove a nice Audi and was super hot. Well looks like I have one, I think.
Viktor opened the passenger side door for me, like any gentleman would do, and I slid in. As I buckled my seat I saw Viktor laugh and shake his head.
“What’s so funny?”
“I was kind of hoping I could help you with that seat belt again.”
“Well if you want to help me with that you gotta get me drunk.”
“Challenge accepted.”
I gasped and punched Viktor’s arm teasingly as he started the car and headed to the rink. As we made our way through the streets the car was quite.
“So. Do you play?”
“Play? You mean hockey?”
“Yeah.”
“Yeah from when I was really young to college. It’s only been a few months since I got out. I still want to play though, but I got a job to do.”
“You shouldn’t let work getting in the way of what you love.”
I let what Viktor said process through my mind as we made through the city. Part of me knew he was right, I should get back on the ice and play and not let work get in the way. I knew I had a chance to make it to the Olympics if I really worked hard, but something inside just didn’t feel right.
This is a really great story you should definitely continue this <3
