Blast From The Past

When we arrived to the rink I made my way to my place of work and video called my friend Evanna. I felt like I needed to tell her about what happened last night and that I slept with Viktor. I could hear laughing from some of the guys and I let the phone ring.

“Chelsea? What’s up?”

“I need to talk to you…”

“What’s wrong?”

I told her everything that I could remember from last night and how my morning went. I could tell she was interested because she was dead silent.

“So you slept with Viktor?”

“Yeah me and Viktor made love and I got to say it was pretty good, but then again I haven’t had sex since Andrew and I broke up.”

We talked like this for a little longer and little did I know Andrew was listening and growing angry. When I hung up the phone I saw that my office door was open and I heard a crash from where the guys got dressed. I ran over to see what was going on and I saw Andrew facing Viktor.

“YOU SLEPT WITH HER!? WHAT THE HELL!”

At that moment Andrew hit Viktor knocking him off his feet and kept punching him and the guys tried to get him off but it wasn’t working. If I had paid attention I would have noticed Evanna was still on video chat. I stepped forward so the guys could see me.

“Andy! Stop it you’re hurting him!!”

When I screamed this Andrew just froze and looked at me and mouthed “I’m sorry” and got off of Viktor helping him up and apologizing. I ran out into the hallway in tears. I looked at my phone and saw that Evanna was still on chat.

“Evanna you there?”

“Yeah what the hell was happening?”

“Andrew overhead and hit Viktor. God I should just move back up to Belleville with my parents I knew it was a bad idea coming to Chicago…”

I heard someone from behind me go “Chelsea!” so I turned around and saw Viktor standing there with a bloody nose and his jeans and a tshirt.
“Chelsea. Don’t go.”

He walked over to me and took my face and kissed me, which made me drop my phone making Evanna go “hey! Did you just drop me?”. I continued to kiss him and to shut Evanna up I lifted up his shirt showing his abs. I was so lost in Viktor’s kiss when Evanna said “oh hot damn. Yup I’m coming to Chicago now.” When my phone made a beep saying the video chat ended I looked in Viktor’s eyes.

“Why do you not want me to go?”

“Because I’m in love with you Chelsea and nothing is going to make me stop.”

He kissed me again which made me smile. Little did I know Andrew’s heart was breaking as he watched his best friend and his ex-girlfriend/best friend who he still loved kissing.
