Lost Girl

Arriving at the beach, Jake turned off his car and smiled as he looked over at Piper who was holding their ice creams. Taking his seat belt off, he stepped out of the car and smiled as she sat there, waiting for his help so she could get out of the car. As Jake walked in front of the car, he began to walk away towards the beach, with a smile plastered on his face. Seeing him walk off, Piper drew her eyebrows together and began screaming for him while laughing.

"Jake! Come back, come on!" She yelled as she stayed seated in his car, unable to move.

Jake turned around and ran to the car as he began to laugh, her reaction was one full of annoyance. Her opened her car door and held his hand out for the ice creams as she then unbuckled herself.

"They always cry for more." Jake told her with a wink as she rolled her eyes, laughing softly.
"You're such a loser." She told him as she hoped out of his car and made her way with him to the beach.

Snow and ice covered the ground as the two attempted to make their way to the water. Jake stayed behind Piper as he'd help her keep her balance through the ice. Finally reaching the shore, they found a bench and wiped it off before taking a seat. The two sat and began eating their ice cream as Jake looked over at the blonde.

"How cold are you right now?" Jake asked as Piper looked at him and raised an eyebrow.
"Not that cold actually, what about you lover boy?" She asked as she noticed him shiver slightly.
"I'm fine." He told her, she knew it was a lie.
"Come on Minnesota, you don't have to lie to try to impress me." She told him with a wink as he laughed in a shaky voice, warm air seeping out of his mouth.
"Ah, so now you think I'm trying to impress you, huh?" He said with a grin before she began to laugh, taking a bite of ice cream.
"I mean you kinda made a bet to go on a date with me." She began as his eyes grew wide, before covering himself up.
"Alright, alright. So what? Can you blame a guy for trying to impress a beautiful girl?" He spoke as she rolled her eyes and pushed him with her shoulder.
"Shut up." She replied, a laugh very visible through her voice.

The two sat there for a while as he looked over at Piper. She was licking her ice cream which made Jake perk up, getting dirty images in his head.

Jake quickly shook his head of his thoughts. She was different, she wasn't someone who Jake wanted to screw his changes with. Looking over at Jake, Piper smiled as she threw the paper of her ice cream cone out, sitting back as she patted her stomach.

"You're done?" Jake asked as she nodded, looking down to see Jake had let his ice cream melt.

Piper's eyes went wide as she began to laugh her head off at the sight of Jake. He had his vanilla ice cream all over his crotch. He began to curse under his breath as he began to blush in embarrassment. Nice karma, Jake. He attempted to wipe it off, but Pipers hands stopped his as she shook her head. Grabbing his cone, she took the napkin off as she threw the cone in the garbage before looking at Jake. She could tell he was probably embarrassed because of how he was acting.

"Dude, it's fine. Don't try to smear it around, it'll only get worse." She told him as he sighed before letting out a shiver.
"It's fucking cold." He told her as she nodded and began to laugh.
"I know, it is.." She then licked the napkin and held it up at Jake.
"May I?" She asked as he nodded slowly.

Piper lowered her hand to where the ice cream was beginning to stain. She patted the ice cream with the napkin, as Jake watched her the whole time. Her hand rubbed around the material of his pants which made him feel warmer. He watched through heated eyes as she took another lick of the napkin and tried to remove the ice cream. He felt himself become hard as he let out a short breath. She was so sexy, and she didn't even try. It amazed Jake. As she used her other hand to try to wipe off the remaining bit, Jake couldn't hold himself back anymore. He leant forward and captured her lips in his, catching her off guard. Her eyes grew wide as he kissed her deeply and full of passion. She felt how good his soft lips felt against hers as she closed her eyes slowly and kissed him back. Jake's hands grabbed the napkin from her hand and threw it on the ground as he led her hands to his neck. She held onto his soft neck, and continued to work her lips with his. He moved his hands to her hips and slowly lifted her up and on top of him, allowing her to straddle him. She massaged the back of Jake's neck as he shifted up and began to grind himself into her. She felt how hard he was, which made her pull away and press her forehead to Jake's, her breathing heavy as his, the same. They both kept their eyes closed as Jake began to speak.

"What's wrong?" He whispered as she sighed softly.
"I just met you.." She began as she opened her eyes to see Jake's soft angelic face still in a haze. She felt slightly bad as she got off of his lap and leant down, grabbing the trash Jake threw on the ground.
Jake's eyes opened as he watched her throw the napkin away. He felt like a dick. She must of felt like he was just using her to get a piece of ass tonight. Mentally slapping himself, Jake stood up and walked over to Piper who was looking off at the lake.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to come off like that.. I don't know what came over me.." He began as she looked over at him and smiled.
She shook her head softly as she began to speak. "Don't worry, let's just get going because it's freezing out here."

Jake nodded, knowing he already crossed a line and his usual player attitude was ruining it all. The two made their way to the car as Jake started the engine and pulled off. Sitting in silence, Jake turned on the radio as Piper put her hand on top of his which was on the volume dial. Giving her a quick confused look, she smiled as she watched him drive.

"I still want to go on that date with you Tuesday." She told him as his eyes perked up.
"Really?" He asked as she nodded, putting her hand back in her lap.
"Yeah, I like you. You're different.." She began as he laughed softly.
"Well obviously, I mean what other guy makes a stupid bet just in order to snatch a date with my friend's girl." He said as Piper shook her head.
"I'm not Joffrey's, girl. I'm just his friend, we've never done anything to even be thought of as an item or anything." She told Jake who mentally sighed, but still allowed a smile to grow on his face.
"But you're not what I usually go for, which is weird, but something feels right about this." She told him as he nodded, making a turn onto Front street.
"Yeah, something does feel right. Hey wait, what kind of guys do you go for?" He asked as she laughed softly, shaking her head.

The two arrived in front of her condo as Jake looked up to see the tall standing building. It was a pretty nice condo from what he could see. Piper smiled softly as she began to speak.

"I usually don't go for hockey players." She told Jake as he looked over at her quickly, feeling himself become worried.
"Wha-" He was cut off by Piper putting a finger on his lips, telling him to shh.
"But I said this feels right. Look, here's my number, text me about Tuesday." She told him with a smile as he nodded, looking at the blonde.
"Thanks for putting up with my ice cream thing by the way." He spoke as she laughed softly and shook her head.
"It was no problem, I've gotta go though. I'll see you soon."

She then pressed her lips to his soft cheek, which made his cheeks slightly burn from under her touch. Piper grabbed the door handle and jumped out of the SUV as she gave him a slightly wave before making her way into the lobby. Jake sat off to the side of the road still and allowed tonight's actions sink into his mind before he hit his steering wheel in excitement. Tonight was one of the best nights in the past year for him.
