After Sid left, I went to take a shower when I had found marks that Sid so kindly decided to make. I just smiled remembering last night again. I guess I'm going to have to find a way to cover them up. I'll have to wear a scarf. I put my hair up and hopped in the shower real quick.

When I was done, I got out putting my robe on and went to get my clothes out. Then I went into the bathroom to do my makeup and finish getting ready for work.

Before heading to work, I stopped and got coffee and a bagel from Starbucks. When I got in the car, I heard my phone go off and saw it was a text from Lilly.
'Hey do u wanna meet up at lunch?'
'Sure.'
'Okay and u can give me the dirty details of last night ;)'

*AT WORK*

Work was a little slow so far today. I mean it was a weekday after and its almost noon. While I'm talking to my friend Kelly at the register, I hear Lilly call my name. "Ugh Lilly it was so amazing. It all started when I picked him up from the airport. I had to make sure there was enough room in my trunk for all of their luggage so I had gotten out to check and move things around. When I was done I felt arms around my waist and knew it was Sid. I turned around and gave him a million kisses while congratulating him on the win. His parents came over and he introduced us. Trina was so sweet. So was Troy. I took them home and then went home to get ready for dinner.

"Dinner was amazing. Troy and Trina told me some stories of Sid when he was a kid. He was so embarrassed and blushing he was so cute. Troy said it might be worse when Taylor, his sister, is here. I can tell already how close they are. After dinner and Sid drove his parents home he came over to my house."

"What happened when you got to your house?" Lilly interrupted.
"We talked. I told him I was ready. He was a little concerned to make sure I wanted to do it. He was so caring all night long. He made sure I was okay if he noticed I was in pain. He was the perfect gentleman last night," I smiled happily and starting to blush.

"Did anything happen this morning?"
"A little bit. Not as much as we were hoping because I had remembered him saying something about practice. But we made out after he got dressed until his phone rang. Geno called him for some reason. When I got back to work it seemed to get a little busier. Everyone was buying Pens merchandise for the Outdoor Game on Saturday against the Blackhawks. It would be the second game back from Olympic break.

*AFTER WORK*

When I got home I quickly went upstairs to get ready. I texted Sid saying I was home and getting ready but he hasn't replied so I'm guessing he's busy.

Once I was dressed and made sure that I had everything in purse - including some extra clothes in an overnight bag - I grabbed my keys and headed to Sid's.

When I got to Sid's, I grabbed my purse and headed up to the door, leaving my overnight bag in the car. As soon as I knocked on the door it flung open to reveal Trina.

"Yea apparently before practice they were having a meeting to go over a few things coming back from break then another after practice to review tapes."

"Yea. Would you like anything to drink honey? "
"Um yea just some water thanks" I replied following her to the kitchen.
"Here you go. Lets go in the living room so we can chat a little before they get home" she handing me a water.
"Alright" I smiled.

SID POV

I don't know why Coach made us have two meetings. The one before practice was just what we would go over in practice and what should be expected all the way up until the playoffs and during them. The one after practice was going over game tapes from our last game before break against the Rangers and tapes of Habs games.

When we were finally done with the meetings, I headed out to the lounge and saw my dad talking on the phone.
"Oh here's Sid.... Yea we are about to head out I guess..... Alright see you soon....... Love you bye" he said.
"Hey son. Done with all the meetings?" He asked
"Yea finally. We can head out I just need to get my equipment out of the locker room. On the way home I need to stop at the store so I can get some things for dinner."
"Alright"

I headed into the locker room so I could get my bad when I saw a few of the guys around my locker.
"What are you guys doing?" I asked confused.
"Gracie texted you. I swear you guys are too cute. Its sickening" Flower laughed.
"Thanks guys. But hey I can't help it that I love her. Well I gotta get going. See you guys tomorrow morning" I waved to the guys before heading out.
"Later Sid. Have fun with Gracie. You clearly did last night" Staalsy laughed.

When dad and I got to the car, I put my equipment in the back. I heard someone say my name and turned around to see Mario coming towards me.
"Hey Mario. What's up?"
"Nathalie and I want you to bring Gracie over for dinner after the road trip. That okay?"
"Yea. I can run it by Gracie. I don't think she will turn it down either" I laughed.
"Haha. Alright well just let me know when you guys will be able to come over. The kids also want to meet her"
"Will do. See you tomorrow Mario"
"See ya. Hey is Gracie coming to the game tomorrow night?"
"Possibly. I need to check. I didn't get the chance to ask her."
"Alright. If she wants she can sit with us in the suite"
"Okay. Bye Mario"
"Bye Sid"

When I got in the car, dad was wondering what Mario wanted.
"He wanted to know if Gracie and I could come to dinner after the road trip. Him and Nat want to get to know her. The kids want to meet her too"
"That's nice."
"Yea. I have to invite her to the game tomorrow night. Mario said she could sit with them during the game if she wanted"
"Well so that you can see her, lets hurry up and go to the store. Get what we need. Then head home."
"Yea lets go"

Before I fully made it out of the parking lot, I stopped to sign some autographs and take some pictures. That took about ten minutes.

We headed to the store and got some steaks that I can grill. I have an indoor grill so we can still grill instead of going outside.

When we got home, I noticed Gracie's truck in the driveway and I smiled. We got the bags out of the car, I also grabbed my equipment and headed inside. Once upstairs, we could hear my mom and Gracie laughing. Dad and I looked at each other a little confused and went in the living room to see what was so funny.

"What are you guys up to?" I asked slightly confused.
"Your mom was telling me more stories from when you were a kid" Gracie barely was able to speak she was laughing so hard.
"Oh god not again" My dad laughed next to me.
"What did she tell you?" He laughed.
"When Sid dyed his hair" mom laughed.
"It was for playoffs! I'm never going to live it down am I?"
"Not a chance" dad said.

I headed back into the kitchen to put the stuff away. When I was putting things in the pantry, felt arms wrap around my waist. I looked down and saw it was Gracie.
"Hi handsome. You're not mad are you?" She asked sweetly and shyly.
"I'm not mad baby. I just wanted to put the food away." I said turning around and hugging her.
"Okay. You just walked in here after we told you what we were laughing about and I thought you might be mad"
"I'm not mad. It is funny. I still question why I did it even though I know it was for playoffs."
"Haha. Just please don't dye it again. Just do what you normally do and grow a beard and not cut your hair" she said running her fingers through my hair.
"I will baby. How did you know that we don't cut our hair?"
"I watch hockey babe. Every time you guys are in the playoffs, everyone's hair looks long. I liked it when your hair was long last year and you had your beard"
"You mean my poor excuse for a beard?" I joked.
"It came in better than previous years babe. I think it looked sexy" she whispered the last part.
"Well hopefully you will see it this year. What will you do if I'm able to grow my beard for a while?" I put my hands in the back pockets of her jeans and squeezed her ass.

After talking and relaxing for a bit, I went to set up my indoor grill. I have an outdoor grill , too, but its too cold to use it right now. Mom, dad, and Gracie helped as well. Mom and Gracie seasoning the steaks and Dad and I working the grill.

Once the steaks were seasoned, Gracie came and gave them to me. I didn't let her leave without a quick kiss which made her smile and blush when she realized my dad was standing there. I just chuckled and started putting the steaks on the grill.

GRACIE POV

I can't believe Sid kissed me like that in front of his dad. I'm going to kill him later.
When I got back to the kitchen, Trina was wondering why I was laughing and blushing. I blushed even more and she figured it had to do with Sidney. She just laughed and shook her head.

We started cooking some pasta and vegetables to have with the steaks when Sid and Troy came back up.
"Hey guys. How are the steaks coming?" Trina asked.
"Good. They should be done within a few minutes" Sid replied stealing a carrot from me. I glared at him and he just smiled and kissed my cheek.
"Well the pasta and vegetables are almost done. Just a few more minutes for the vegetables" Trina said as she was about to strain the pasta. Troy took it from her and did it for her.
"I'm going to get the steaks. Babe can you come help me?" he asked looking at me.
"Sure. I'll be back Trina"
"Its okay sweetie. We got the rest. You go help Sid"

I followed Sid downstairs to the basement. He had a man cave down here, which was where his indoor grill was. He handed me a plate for the steaks and after checking to make sure they were done he put them on the plate.

As soon as he turned the grill off, he took the plate out of my hands and set it down on the counter. He turned back to me, grabbed me and kissed me hard. He has been driving me crazy with little things he would do earlier.

"Yup got it. Lets go. Do I look okay?"
"You look beautiful baby. Lets go upstairs"

When we got upstairs, Trina and Troy were wondering what was taking so long.
"Gracie was looking around down there for a little bit. That's all. But here are the steaks" he said.
"Okay. Everything else is on the table. Lets go eat" Trina said.

While eating dinner, we just talked and laughed some more. It was fun being around his family. They were amazing and so funny. I can see where Sid gets his humor and manners and stuff like that from.

After dinner, we watched some television. After a couple hours, Troy and Trina headed up to bed. Sid and I just relaxed watching a movie we found.
