How To Perform

TINAS POV
“I love your outfit,” He glances over at me as we stop at a light, “and last night were you wearing a Richards jersey!?!”
“Yeah, I loved him! Don’t be mean about it, sheesh. And I haven’t been able to pick a new favorite, or had the time to get a new one.” I say defending my love for Richards.
“WOW!” He scoffs trying to sound offended but just bursts into laughter.
“Steve!” I say while punching him in the chest lightly.
“Ow that hurt,” he said trying to act like my punch hurt, “and I guess I’ll have to help you with that.”
“Help me with what?” I was starting to say, but was cut off my his lips pressing into mine and his hand cupping my face. He pulled away too quickly and I looked at him, secretly still wanting his lips on mine.

STEVE’S POV
I had to tell her how cute she looked. Even last night she looked adorable. I wish she was wearing my jersey instead so I decided to poke some fun at it.
“I love your outfit,” I said glancing over at her as we stop at a light, “and last night were you wearing a Richards jersey!?!”
“Yeah, I loved him! Don’t be mean about it, sheesh. And I haven’t been able to pick a new favorite, or had the time to get a new one.”She said defensively.
“WOW!” I scoff trying to sound offended but just burst into laughter.
“Steve!”She says while punching me in the chest lightly.
“Ow that hurt,” I said trying to act like her punch hurt, “and I guess I’ll have to help you with that.”
“Help ” was all she was able to get out because I had leaned across and pressed my lips into her lips. I bring my hand up and cup her chin, which ended up being most of her face because my hands are big. I pulled away rather quickly. I wanted to keep kissing her but I wasn’t sure what she wanted. Once I was back on my half of the car, I looked at her she was hard to read, I had no idea what she was thinking. I looked ahead and waited for the light to change. ‘What a long light’ I thought to myself. The light changed and I pressed the gas we were moving again. I glanced over at the beautiful woman next to me. She was looking out of the window enjoying the scenery.
I looked back ahead. Since I have terrible luck, the light had turned red. I slowed down and as soon as I stopped, I leaned back. I had closed my eyes to blink when I felt her smooth lips against mine. She leaned back to her side too quickly, she was blushing. I leaned over and pecked her on the lips quickly. Then waited for the light to change, which it quickly did.


TINAS POV
I had no idea what to think, so I looked out the window. I felt him looking at me, then noticed the car slowing down. I looked over as he stopped. I had to let him know I felt the same. He leaned back and I quickly leaned over and kissed him. I realized I had kissed him and leaned back in my chair turning red.
“So um… who is your favorite guy on the team?”
“That’s not something I can without offending someone.” He laughs then says this seriously.
“Like I know any of them to tell them.” I say defending my question.
“Well,” he pauses as he looks over at me grinning.
“What?” I ask.
“I actually was going to introduce you to a few of the guys after practice.” He continues.
“That would be cool, but I know nothing about the guys.”
“You’ll be fine, if you want I’ll stay next to you.”
“Thanks,” I smile over at him, “Can you at least give me some idea of who they are?”
“Yeah.” The rest of the ride we listen to any music we both agree on. He would pick a station and ask if I like the song, he would leave it on if I did and change it if I didn’t. I kept telling him that I could listen to whatever he wanted to listen to.
A little while later we arrive at the practice arena in Voorhees, New Jersey.
“Oh one more thing,” He says as we are walking towards the door, “today is a closed practice, which means no fans.”
“Ok, thats cool.”
We walk in and head towards the locker room door.
“Wait here for a second.” He tells me, and I nod in response. He opens the door and walks in.

STEVE’S POV
I push open the door and walk in. All the guys look up and start chirping me for being slightly late.
“Dude where you been?”
“Just get decent guys.” I say as I quickly take off my Sweats that I had on since my shower. I had run to my car to grab my sweats and ran back with them so that I would have clean clothes on.
I quickly geared up and G noticed.
“Mase you okay, its like you’re in a rush.”
“I’ve never been better. I say as i finish lacing up. I grab my blocker, glove and helmet and walk out of the locker room. As soon as i open the door my eyes are looking for Tina, but I don’t see her. I head out to the bench and see her sitting there looking out at the ice.
“You know you can skate on it if you want.” I say walking up behind her. While putting my blocker and glove on.
“Sheesh, you scared me,” She says startled, “And thanks but I don’t really skate much anymore.”
“Oh, okay.” I start to get onto the ice and then realize I forgot my stick. I had already stepped on and I skate over to her. “Can you do me a favor?” She nods. “Can you go in the locker room and in my space is my stick, can you grab it?”
“Yeah, be right back.” She says as she walks off.
