"Shit!" James said sitting up quickly, jolting my head from his bare chest. "I forgot about practice!" He said annoyed.

"It doesn't make a difference if you never go anyway" I said simply checking my phone.

"Well for your information, I do go a lot more now" He laughed leaning over to kiss me.

"Do you want a reward for that?" I laughed as he slowly laid me down on the back seat of his car.

"If it's sex, yes. If not, you don't need to be such a tease." He said breaking the kiss.

"Sorry for teasing you" I smiled at him, playing with his hair, my arms wrapped around his waist.

"You're no fun" He said simply.

"Its part of being a mom" I laughed at him acting like a two year old.

I slowly started pulling my shirt over my head, him watching me.

"Done already?" He laughed at me. "I've been done, youre the one that wants to keep going" I said glaring at him. He shrugged his shoulders knowing I was right and slowly started to re-apply his clothing just as I was doing.

"So where to?" he asked sliding into the drivers seat, fully clothed. I sighed heavily no knowing.

"Hotel?" I asked simply.

He nodded simply before pulling back onto the road.

(James POV)

"So I'll see you later?" I asked hoping and praying she would say yes.

"Of course" Savannah said smiling standing on her tippy-toes to kiss me before going into her hotel room and me into mine.

I gently put my phone, wallet, and keys on the TV stand when I walked into the doorway.

I heard a knock at the door and turned to answer it seeing Sidney standing there.

"Why weren't you at practice?" He asked not even saying hello.

"Hello to you to cap" I joked, "I forgot about it" I said seeing the look on his face and deciding just to answer seriously.

"Oh really" He said sarcastically, "What was there a problem with your son? " he finished rudely.

"Come on Sid, there's no reason to bring him into this." I said rolling my eyes.

"There's no reason to bring him into this?" He laughed, "I'm not the one that did" He said glancing at the door to Savannah's hotel room.

"Would you rather just not know?" I said rudely becoming annoyed with Sid.

"No," he said, "I would just rather you two didn't have a fucking kid together."

"We can't change that now can we?" I said taking a step towards him angrily. I never realized it until now but compared to my captain, I was a giant. I was towering over Sid, a good 5 inches on him. I could have taken him down right then and there.

"No" He said simply glaring at me under his eyebrows, "But I'm going to talk to her about this, and you need to stay out of it"

"Come on Sid, grow up" I said ready to punch him.

"I have, I thought about it and I'm going to tell her that I don't care if you have a kid together, I'll make sacrifices for that"

"You're a fucking idiot." i said angrily, afraid that if he did, she would go crawling back to him, "Just let it fucking go"

With that I slammed the door and leaned against the back of it running my hand through my hair. I stood there for a few minutes just thinking.

I couldnt lose her again. It was my fault last time. We were about to be married, and I still felt the need to flirt with every girl I saw. I am such a fucking idiot.This is not going to happen again. She and Jake are all I have, all I need. I just got her back and now Sid is going to screw this up. She loves me though right? She wouldn't leave me for him. But she already left me once she might be able to do it again. I wouldn't let her, If i had to jump infront of a bus for her, i would. I would do anything for her, anything for Jake, I would die for them. I couldn't let Sid take them from me.

So many thoughts were running through my head, but just one over and over.

I can't lose her.


I checked outside my door, Sidney was gone. I made my way across the hall to Savannah's room and knocked quickly leaning against the doorframe. She opened the door, her face stained with tears.

This cant be good.

"James," She started.

So, short chapter, I might put another up later. I needed a filler chapter while i have writers block so this happened. Sorry its really short and kind of sucks.
