A Favor for a Friend

Chapter 32

Olli's facial expression was dark and somewhat terrifying.

"I was going to ask you if you wanted to get a coffee with my tomorrow morning. Of course Olli is invited too." He said as if he wasn't sitting right behind me.

"That would be wonderful." I said, feeling Olli stare on me. He was normally so sweet but man, when he was mad, he was mad.

"Great, well I have to go. Early start tomorrow. I will meet you at the little shop around the corner from the hotel." He said.

I nodded and turned to Olli. "What is so wrong with him?" I frowned.

"I don't trust him." He mumbled, "I don't want him trying to steal you from me."

I sighed, "Who did I say I would move to Pittsburgh for? You. Don't worry about it. I'm not going anywhere." I said. I didn't think he would be so protective over me, especially this early on.

"I'm coming with you tomorrow then." He said with bitterness in his voice.

"I wouldn't have gone without you." I said with a smile.

"Good." He said his expression softening a bit.

I picked up my glass and took another small sip from the glass, I hardly ever finished the glass and I was reaching my limit.

"I'm done with this for tonight." I said and pushed the glass away. I had had just under a half. I didn't like the feeling of being drunk so I wasn't even allowing myself to get the buzz.

"Good because I am too." He said pushing his glass away. I was glad he wasn't a heavy drinker either.

"Lets go talk to everyone." I said getting up from my seat and smiling over at Olli.

"Prepare for the humiliation, they will try really hard." He said and stood up in front of me.

"I can take them." I snickered and smirked a bit.

"I know you can." He smiled and put his arm around me.

We walked over to Sid and Jace. "Hey guys." I said as we approached.

Jace looked up at me. He had had more than enough to drink. "H-e-e-y Liyah." He laughed.

"I should become a match maker on the side." Sid said glancing at his arm around my waist with a smirk. "It looks like I am doing a pretty good job." He said.

"Ha, ha, very funny." Olli mumbled. "We are going for a walk. This isn't our kind of thing." He said. He read my mind practically.

"Oh, a walk?" Sid winked.

I rolled my eyes. "Yes, Sid, a walk. Nothing else." I said.

"Easy there, tiger. Go ahead. It isn't my choice." He shrugged, funny to hear coming from the person who dragged me here in the first place.

"We will be back in about half an hour." Olli said pulling me back towards the door.

"See you late, lovebirds." He said. I guess we have a new nickname. It went from the advice praise, then the when are you getting together questions and now this. This one wasn't as bad as the last two in my mind though.

We walked out of the bar into the cool night. We walked down the street silently.

"Do you really have to come back after you come with Jace?" He said.

"I can try to work it out." I shrugged.

"Try the best you can." He smiled and bumped into me.

"Ok." I laughed and nodded as we continued making our way down the street.
