To say that Charlie had been waiting for this moment forever would be an exaggeration, but the last few weeks certainly had felt like forever. She suddenly realized that it was noon and they were expecting dinner guests in six hours, so she set his alarm to go off at two and cuddled into him. “I love you, Sean.” She said.

“I love you too, Charlie.” He replied as they let their exhaustion claim them.
