Five Minutes For Fighting (Completed)

Caroline Del Zotto sat in the stands of the Wells Fargo Arena. The new home to her husband Michael, after much deliberation last summer after their wedding they decided that out of all the teams that were after Michael, the Flyers were the best choice. He could get home to New York quickly, they were in the same division as the Rangers and they played them all the time. But this season was different. She sat in the stands with Ryan McDonagh on one side of her and Derek Stepan on the other. The three of them were wearing matching outfits. Del Zotto 15 jerseys, with jeans and boots. "There he is! There's daddy!" She smiled as Michael and the flyers came onto the ice for warmups. "Look!" The three of them laughed. The night of their wedding, Michael had impregnated her. Their twin boys Patrick and John were born last month. It was kind of hard being pregnant and playing hockey. So she spent the season holed up at their house in the New Jersey neighborhood where most of the Flyers families lived pregnant and working for the Rangers from home. "Their a month old Ryan they barely know who daddy is." The boys looked super cute in their little flyers onesies that looked liked jerseys. They said Daddy on the back, with a number 15. "I can't believe we brought them to the game at 1 month old." She shook her head. Michael wanted them there for the last game of the season. Caroline just got her body back, and the Flyers weren't making the playoffs. But the Rangers did, and Caroline was going back to work for the Rangers next week when the Rangers started the playoffs.

Michael skated over to the bench and waved at their boys. He was such an amazing father, he was the best father in the world. And he was about to become the best husband in the world for allowing her to play in the playoffs, while she jetsetted to Toronto all week to play the Maple Leafs he would be home with the boys. Alone. He was a great husband! "Last game of the season." Ryan said as she looked at him. The Flyers had a let down year, but Michael's game exploded. He was back to the old Michael. And the Rangers were buzzing about trying to sign him in the off season. That would be a dream. During the game the boys cried, and cried. Screaming. But no one cared. They were Tucker and Liam Del Zotto and their dad was a new god on this team. "We know Tucker, the orange is gross! I would be crying too if I had to wear this onesie." Derek said as she gave him a glare. "Can we please be supportive boys for one game!" She wasn't the most pleased that he played for the Flyers but she respected it and supported him. She couldn't be anymore happy in her life right now. "Well I can't wait to have you back tomorrow! We missed you C. We need you back for the playoffs." J.T. Miller took her spot on the team this year, and their first line made up of him, Steps and Hags was kind of a mess. "The liney's will be reunited. Me and Hags need you back!" And she couldn't wait to be back with the boys. She loved her own boys, she was a mother now. But she needed to be back in that locker room again. The Rangers crest on her chest. She had a great life.

After the game the three of them walked down to the locker room with the boys in tow. Liam who cried every time he was away from her in her arms as Ryan carried Tucker. The doors opened and Michael ran to kiss his boys. "How bad were they during the game?" He asked her as he gave her a kiss and made Liam dribble all over himself as he smiled back at him. "Not so terrible. The boys first hockey game, and it was a Flyers, Devils game. My dad probably died today." He laughed as he kissed her. "Don't worry our boys will be in the show in 18 years. Yes you will boys." He kissed the two of them as he hugged Ryan and Derek. "Playoffs next week, first practice tomorrow. How ya feeling?" She didn't know how to feel. "I am nervous!" She owned that locker room. But she hadn't been a player in her stall. Since this time last year where they went to the cup finals. "Well your going to rock it CDZ. It's going to be the first time with your new name on the back." She smiled. Her brother could finally have his name plate back without the B in front of it. And now the Rangers had a new DZ on the team.

She couldn't wait to kiss the cup, with her sons and husband in tow.

It's over! I had such a fun time writing my first fan fiction! I have such a love for Caroline and Michael! And may write a sequel! But Care got her happy ending with Michael! And their two sons! (:
