Five Minutes For Fighting (Completed)

Michael Del Zotto stood in front of his closet he shared with Marc Staal as he picked out what to wear. "Guys you can not believe what is happening in this loft right now, Caroline our Caroline is going on a Date with our Michael our Michael." Marc Staal said as he video chatted with his brothers. "You're shitting me?" Eric the oldest Staal said as he and Tanya tried to get their kids to say hi to Uncle Jordan and Uncle Marc. "Nope not shitting he asked her out today in our room while we all stood next to the door and listened." Michael shook his head, the guys on the Rangers were more gossipy then Perez Hilton. They knew everything about everyone. "Well I hope it goes well, because if it doesn't we're going to have to ship Michael off the island." Michael shook his head again not listening to the Staals, as he put on a pair of Vineyard Vines nantucket red shorts that Caroline had got him this past summer pairing it with a white t-shirt and flip flops. His stomach churned as he walked downstairs towards Caroline's room.

Caroline stood in her closet picking out a white lacy Vineyard Vines dress, she went on a VV rampage buying everyone in this apartment all of their clothes, she was a past employee so her discount was sick. She put it on, added a light teal/mint green cardigan and her gold Jack Rogers. "You look beautiful Care." Stu said giving her his five watt smile that made girls swoon. He put on her Tiffany and Co Infinity necklace for her and she looked in the mirror. She had butterflies in her stomach as she grabbed her Kelly green Ralph Lauren bag and left the room. She went into the living room as the guys crowded into the Chef's kitchen that led into the living room. It was an open floor plan and she agreed with her parents it rocked. She saw him come down the metal staircase and smile at her. "Funny meeting you here, did it take you long? Traffic?" Michael said breathing her all in. "Yup the traffic was killer with Stu trying to take pictures to upload to Facebook." She laughed. "You too have a fun night." Brendan said she giving him a weird look as he grinned and smiled. They were up to no good.

She walked out of their apartment building in Soho having no idea where they were going. "We're going to Balthazar babe so we need to go this way." He said not knowing if he should hold her hand but put his in clear reach if she wanted to hold his. She loved Balthazar they made the best Steak Frites which was to die for, and they had a bakery next door.She loved the frenchness of it all. "You like read my mind." She said grabbing his hand and intertwining their fingers together. "End the night with a little georgetown cupcake?" Caroline said as they walked down the block. "Well duh we live right across from it." Michael said grinning. Caroline walked hand in hand with Michael, the late summer August breeze of the City, where it's starting to cool off. She didn't know what was in front of her or where this was going but it didn't matter, because everything was falling into place. She and Michael were out in the open, Coach G today told her she was much improving saying that this level is perfect for her because in Juniors she wasn't challenged enough. And the season was starting soon, she could go to MSG and watch the boys play when she didn't have games or wasn't on the road. She finally felt like the Rangers had accepted her into their family She couldn't wait for what was about to happen. But she didn't care because she had Michael on her team.
