It’s the end of June. James and Morgan are at the doctor again to make sure she doesn’t go into labor early like she did when she had Isabella.

Doctor Georgia - Everything looks great in there. You should have no problem carrying this baby to your due date.
Morgan - That what I wanted to hear.
James - So no bed rest this time?
Doctor Georgia - No, I don’t think it’ll be needed.
Morgan - Ok, thank you doctor.

James and Morgan leave and head for home. They get home and decide to go take a nap. They go into their bedroom and lay down on the bed. Morgan snuggles up to James and goes right to sleep. James wraps his arm around Morgan and goes to sleep till later that night. James is then woken up by his cell phone.

James - Hello?
Ron - Hello, James it’s general manager Ron Francis. I’m calling to inform you that you’ve been traded to Nashville.
James - What? Why?
Ron - You missed too many games this year and don’t think you’ll be healthy enough to play next year. Plus you’re not good for the locker room.
James - (Sighs) Not this again.
Ron - I’m sorry James but we’re not taking the risk with you.
James - That’s fine but you’ll regret it.
Ron - Glad you understand. Bye James
James - Bye

James and the Canes GM hang up. He clenches his hand into a fist and wants to hit something but then releases when he sees Morgan still asleep. He lays back down beside Morgan and wraps his arm around her holding her for awhile until she wakes up and sees James upset.

Morgan - James? What’s wrong sweetie?
James - I’ve been traded again.
Morgan - What? Why?
James - I missed too many games and they believe I won’t be healthy enough to play next year. I’m also apparently a locker room problem.
Morgan - (Starts to cry) They can’t do that. It’s wasn’t your fault you were injured. If anything they should have traded Eric for treating you so badly and turning the locker room on you.
James - (Wipes the tears from Morgan’s eyes) Shh don’t cry baby. We’ll get through this. I promise you it’ll be ok.
Morgan - You promise?
James - Of course I do. I’m actually happy to get off a team that never gave me a chance to prove myself. If you don’t want to move till you have our son I’m ok with that. Moving would be too stressful for you right now.
Morgan - (Cries again) But I don’t want you to leave me behind. I need you while I’m still pregnant.
James - (Wraps his arms around Morgan hugging her) I don’t like seeing you this upset. I wish there was something I could do to make you feel better about this. I promise I won’t leave you behind. (Wipes the tears from Morgan’s eyes again) I love you baby.
Morgan - I…I love you too.

Jordan hears Morgan’s crying and comes to check what’s wrong.

Jordan - What’s wrong?
James - I was traded again and she’s taking it pretty hard.
Jordan - What? Why were you traded?
James - Cuz of my injuries and I was the locker room problem.
Jordan - Unbelievable that they would trade you when you never played a single game with the team. I’m truly sorry that you’ve been treated so poorly. You don’t deserve it.
James - Thanks Jordan
Jordan - Is there anything I can do?
James - Just help me keep her calm cuz this stress is going to cause her to have our son early.
Jordan - I can do that. I’ll just go so she can sleep.

Jordan leaves while James runs his fingers through Morgan’s hair as she sleeps. He whispers in her ear “I love you baby.” Morgan then wakes up.

James - I’m sorry babe. I didn’t mean to wake you.
Morgan - It’s ok
James - You ok honey?
Morgan - I just feel heartbroken that I will have to leave mine and Jordan’s kids behind again.
James - I know you feel that way. You and Jordan are ok now and you have loved being with your kids. And honey Nashville isn’t that far from Raleigh so you can come see them or they can visit us.
Morgan - I guess you’re right about that.
James - You should take a nice relaxing bubble bath.
Morgan - Only if you join me.
James - You bet I will.

James gets up and goes into their bathroom to set up a romantic bubble bath for he and Morgan. A little while later he tells Morgan to come in the bathroom. Morgan comes into the bathroom and sees the lights dimmed, candles around the tub, and rose petals on the floor and in the tub. They undress and then get in the tub together. James massages Morgan’s sore body and then turns on the jets. They sit in the tub for a little while as they cuddle with one another. They get out and dry each other off. They go back into their bedroom and lay down on their bed. They begin looking into each others eyes and begin to kiss. James starts kissing gently biting Morgan’s neck. She begins to moan when James starts kissing others parts of her body.

Morgan - Oh James. Oh god James.
James - Oh Morgan. Oh god baby.
Morgan - Oh god that feels so good.
James - Oh baby you are so sexy.
Morgan - Oh James I want you so bad.
James - Oh Morgan baby I want you so bad too.
Morgan - Oh yeah right there.
James - Oh baby I love you.
Morgan - Oh James I love you too.

The sex continues until Morgan orgasms. Morgan lays her head on James’s chest. James smiles when he wraps arms around her.

James - I love you baby
Morgan - I love you too.
James - Did the bath make your feel a little better?
Morgan - It did so thank you.
James - You’re welcome baby.
Morgan - Is it ok if I get ready for bed?
James - Sure honey I know you’re tired.
Morgan - You’ll stay with me right?
James - Of course I will.

James and Morgan get ready for bed. They back down on the bed. Morgan lays her head on James’s chest and goes right to sleep. James smiles while he wraps his arm around Morgan. He covers them with their blanket and goes to sleep until the next morning. Morgan wakes up and sees James using her tablet. She sees that he’s looking at houses in Nashville.

Morgan - Oh wow that house is beautiful.
James - I’m going to contact the realtor and go look it in a few days. You should come with me.
Morgan - Honey, I’m almost 7 months pregnant. I should stay here if I do have this baby early.
James - I guess you’re right. I wasn’t thinking.
Morgan - James? What’s wrong sweetie?
James - Just worried about you.
Morgan - That’s really sweet James.
James - I only worry about you cuz I love you.
Morgan - I know you do cuz I love you too.

They look into each others eyes and start to kiss. James runs his fingers through her hair as they continue to kiss. James gets up and goes into the kitchen and makes Morgan a smoothie. He grabs two straws so that they can share it. He goes back into the bedroom and sits on the bed beside Morgan.

James - Here you go sweetie.
Morgan - Aww, you didn’t have make me breakfast.
James - I know baby but I wanted to.
Morgan - You are so sweet.

James sticks the straws into the smoothie. They drink the smoothie till it’s gone. James notices that Morgan has some smoothie on her lips. He decides to kiss it off with his lips. Morgan sighs and then smiles.

James - Nice seeing you smile baby.
Morgan - It’s thanks to you sweetie.
James - Why? What’d I do?
Morgan - You’re just being so sweet
James - Just trying to keep you calm honey.
Morgan - I know and I appreciate that.
James - (Caresses Morgan’s cheek) I love you and I promise things will be ok.
Morgan - I love you too.
James - We really should be thinking of a name for our little boy before he’s born.
Morgan - I know we should be.
James - I have the prefect name and it’s the name of my childhood friend.
Morgan - What’s that babe?
James - Nathan Sebastian
Morgan - Oh wow I like that.
James - I figured you would. Why do you go back to sleep honey? You can barely keep your eyes open.
Morgan - Will you stay with me?
James - Of course I will.

Morgan lays her head on James’s chest and goes right to sleep. James smiles while he wraps his arm around Morgan. He covers them with their blanket and goes to sleep until later that night. James wakes up and goes into the kitchen to make he and Morgan something to eat. Morgan comes out and sets the table. She lights couple candles. She quietly goes into the kitchen and wraps her arms around James. James smiles and turns around. He wraps his arms around Morgan and gives her a kiss. They go over to the table. As they’re eating Morgan takes a hold of James’s hand and thanks him for comforting her. They finish eating, clean up the table, and then go over to the couch and start cuddling for a little while. As they’re cuddling Morgan falls asleep. James decides to take her to bed. He picks her up and carries her to their bedroom. He lays her down on the bed. He lays down beside her, covers her with the blanket on their bed, he then wraps his arms around her holding her close so that they’re spooning with one another. He is asleep a short time later until the next morning. A couple days pass. James heads to Nashville to take a look at the house that he and Morgan like. He buys the house and over the next month and a half James and Morgan pack their things. James is in Nashville with the last load of boxes while Morgan stays in Raleigh as she is feeling awful with a horrid case of nausea. With James not being there she becomes a wreck. It’s now the middle part of August and the day before James is suppose to head back to Raleigh to get Morgan.
