Bruins training camp 2013

“Who's that?” Reilly asked Jordan.
“The girl with the dark hair?” Jordan checked, “That's Sammy, she is Cam's niece, Marc's little sister.”
“Is she staying the week with us?” Reilly questioned further.
“Yeah, she always stays in the lakehouse with us, don't worry she's cool,”
Reilly nodded and helped the others bring their things inside the huge cabin.

As part of training camp the guys had to live in the cabin for a week. Team bonding or something.
Every morning they'd have new activities to do as well.
Sammy hugged Patrice, “I missed you!”
“I missed you too Sam,” he chuckled hugging the younger girl so tight, “Steph wouldn't shut up about seeing you again,”
Sam grinned, “ She texted me, were gonna to have a girls day,”
He nodded, “She told me, shes beyond excited about it,”

Sam was closest with Patrice. She met him when she was only 8 years old. He always had a soft spot for her. Afterall, she was the one who set him up with Stephanie. When the guys had roadtrips she would stay at his house with Stephanie because she was too young to be by herself. Steph drove her to school, taught her how to cook and fold, and even went to her games. Steph loved her like her own kid.

It was like that with all the guys. She was their little princess. She remembered the first time she got her heart broken, freshman year of highschool. When Brad came to pick her up she was crying and he got out of the car and threatened the kid. Those were good times.

“Hayley!” The devil himself called charging at her, “Long time no see!”
“Marchy!” she grinned hugging him, “I missed my favorite pest,”
He started laughing, “youre too kind,” He followed her in, “did you pick your room yet?”
“its always the single with the ensuite,” she pointed out, “because I don't want to share a bathroom with any of you,”
“smart,” Brad nodded, “I'm rooming with Bergy again,”
“I feel so sorry for him,” she sighed.
He held a hand to his heart, “that hurt,”
“If only I cared enough to take it back,” she stuck her tongue out at him.

Brad laughed and went back outside. She put her bag down and sprawled out on her bed. It was so comfortable.
“All settled?” Cam asked leaning in the doorway,”
She lifted her head to look at him, “yeah,”
He smiled, “I'm trusting you to keep these guys in line for me when I'm not here,”
“I'm up for the challege.” She smirked.
“Good to know I can count on you,” he nodded happily.
Sam grinned widely, “You can always count on me uncle cam,”
“I want you to come meet the new guys,” he said, “I need you to be my character judge,”

She nodded, he always consulted with her on descisions about the team. She watched enough hockey and alway had the right solution. She got up and followed him to the den area where a bunch of the guys were chilling.

“Reilly, Chad, and Matt,” He coaxed, “Theres someone very important for you to meet.”
They all looked over. Hayley stood nonchalantly....well that was until she noticed Reilly. She heard his name too many times to count but she hadnt actually seen him. He was adorable though. She felt a jump of nerves in her stomach, but kept a calm expression.

“This is my niece Hayley,” Cam introduced, “You'll be seeing a lot of her, so I want you to get to know eachother,”
