Gongshow

Sonny was about to blow. He had been listening to Holiday gush on about Geno all lunch. Audrey would toss in comments about Sid and Danielle would add things about Jamie. Sonny was close to begging one of the guys to come join him. He had only sat with the girls to try and talk to Holiday. Tristan came to his rescue. He slid in beside Sonny who let out a loud sigh of relief.

"What are you talking about?" Tristan asked as he took a bite from his sandwich.

"Your beautiful staff." Holiday sighed.

"G and Sid?" He asked. The girls nodded. "You know they're gay, right?"

"No, they are not! Shut up!" Audrey gasped.

He nodded. "Why do you think Nick's captain? His brother ate Crosby's ass before Geno started.

"So they're gay with each other?" Holiday questioned and earned a nod.

"Kinda hot." Audrey shrugged, earning dirty looks from the guys.

"What about Jamie?" Dani spat.

"Single and straight." Tristan laughed.

"God bless. He is too cute to not date one of us." Holiday breathed out.

"He's old." Tristan grimaced.

"Still hot." Taylor shrugged.

"Tell Jack that." Sonny challenged.

"I will." Taylor smirked.

"So, Hol, are you going to the party tonight?" Sonny turned to her.

"Of course. I wouldn't miss Jo's party." She smiled.

"Do you maybe wanna go with me?" He suggested. Audrey let out an obnoxious awe.

Holiday smacked her leg. "That sounds nice, yeah. Pick me up at 8?" He nodded.

"I think I'm just gonna go with you and Jack, or Mark and Jacob." Danielle shrugged to Taylor.

"Why would you go with Mark and Jacob?" Taylor questioned.

"So I won't be a third wheel."

"You'll still be a third wheel." Audrey piped in.

"I don't think Jack can even come. His aunt's in town." Taylor frowned.

"Such a shame." Danielle mumbled to herself. "Whatever, I'll be over at like 4:30 to tutor dumbass."

"Sounds like a plan." Taylor nodded.

Danielle wasn't there at 4:30. Jacob wasn't there either. It was just Taylor and Mark in the house. Mark looked like he was struggling with what he was doing. He growled and put his pen down, scratching at his head with both hands. He rested his elbows on the island. His hair was sticking up and he looked more than frustrated. Taylor sighed and walked over to him. She sat in the stool beside him, his head turning in his hands towards her. She pulled his binder over to look at what he was doing.

"What's got you so flustered?" She asked as she read it over.

"It has to be a certain number of characters and I'm short." He huffed.

"Use a thesaurus and find the biggest word for whatever you can." She shrugged. "Worth a shot."

Mark nodded and did as she said. He managed to get to the character count in no time. Taylor came back down after getting changed for Jo's party and was included in a hug from Mark. He lifted her from the ground. She laughed as she was set down. He had the biggest smile on his face. She looked up at him in confusion.

"Thank you so much. I finished over the minimum." He sighed.

"All in a days work." Taylor teased. "Are you borrowing something of Jacob's or,"

"What's wrong with what I'm wearing?" He frowned.

She frowned back. "Oh, Mark, please don't be that guy."

"What guy?" He cried.

"The one that wears the same clothes from school to parties." She explained.

"What's wrong with that?"

"Look, just go upstairs and grab something of Jacob's. Like a grey t-shirt and some normal jeans. I know you weigh m,"

"Hey!"

"I meant to say you're bigger than him so they might be tight but probably not by much. Now go." Taylor shoved him towards the stairs.

Mark sighed as he climbed the stairs. Taylor started tidying up all the papers and other things he left on the island. The door opened and Danielle came running in. She tossed her bag onto the island, breathing heavily. Taylor just shook her head. What a mess.

"I'm so sorry. I fell asleep." She paused when she didn't see Mark. "Wait, where is he?"

"Changing."

"Why?"

"Because I helped him finish and now we're getting ready for Jo's." Taylor stated as if it was the most obvious thing.

"Oh." Danielle frowned. "So where is Jack Black?"

"He's got some family shit. I don't know." Taylor shrugged.

Mark hopped down the stairs. "Good?" He asked Taylor.

"Beautiful."

"The grey really brings out the misery in your eyes." Danielle smiled at him.

"Don't talk to me. You blew me off." He spat.

"I fell asleep. I'm sorry!" She whined.

The girls got ready and Jacob came home. He wouldn't tell them where he went but he hit on Danielle instantly. She blew him off. The group of four made it to the party. Seth pushed through crowds to get to Dani. She felt her breath hitch when he extended a hand to her. She took it and they were off. Audrey watched from afar. She didn't trust it.

"I'll be right back." Seth smiled at Danielle and stood. "Need to wiz." She nodded.

Michael dropped down beside her as Seth walked off. She smiled at Michael. He smiled back before the two fell into a comfortable silence. Audrey watched Seth. He took a left instead of a right. A left led him to the basement, a right led to the washroom. She jetted behind him. She followed him downstairs and listened quietly. Low mumbles and the sounds of lips smacking was all she heard. She gasped before turning the corner. Seth pulled back from the blonde bimbo he was all over.

"You motherfucker!" Audrey screamed.

"Audrey, chill!" He begged as the girl ran off.

"You toss your little smile at Dani and make her think you like her and then you come down here an," She stopped talking to punch him.

Seth was a lot bigger than her. He grabbed her wrists and spun her around. He held her wrists against the wall, causing her back to smack into it. She kept fighting him. She continued to tell while he tried to quiet her.

"Auds, listen to me!" He yelled.

"No, fuck you!" She hissed.

"Listen!" He said, pinning his head with hers.

She lifted her feet up to his stomach. She kicked out, keeping him legs distance away from her. He shook his head. Audrey was crazy.

"I don't like Danielle." He breathed.

"Then stop fucking acting like it!"

"I'm doing it to get to know her for Michael!" Seth cried. "He's shy and he likes her so I'm just trying to get to know her."

"What made you think fucking with her heart was a good idea?" She sighed, dropping her feet.

Seth frowned. "I didn't think." He dropped her hands.

"You're stupid." She shook her head. "And Michael's a bitch!"

Audrey set off to find Michael. Seth chased behind her. Danielle watched Seth following Audrey. She ignored him so he eventually gave up and wandered off. Audrey spun and saw Michael sitting beside Danielle. She shook her head, stomping towards him. She grabbed his wrist and pulled him away instantly. He stumbled but managed to get to his feet. She pulled him out back and slammed the glass door shut.

"Man up!" She hollered.

"Seth told you." Michael whined.

"Yes, and I think you're an idiot." She shoved him.

"Just give me some time!" He begged. "I just needed an insider!"

"So come to me, or Holiday, or Taylor!" She explained. "Now she likes Seth and Jacob's gonna try to kill two people."

"She like Seth?" He frowned. "And why is J,"

"Really? Jacob's been in love with her forever." She sighed. "Fix this." She poked his chest before walking inside.
