Melody is cleaning up her apartment before her sister comes for a visit. A few hours pass and Elyse arrives at Melody’s apartment. Melody lets her sister in and gives her hug. They go over to the couch and talk for awhile.

Elyse - Hey, how’s my little sis doing?
Melody - I’m doing ok.
Elyse - You do look a whole lot better.
Melody - I think I’m starting to recover from being raped.
Elyse - I think moving into your new place has helped a lot.
Melody - I think it has too. Though this dream I’ve been having is starting to bug me. I can’t figure out what it means.
Elyse - What was it about?
Melody - I’m having sex with a guy who’s face I can’t see. All I know is this mystery guy has dark hair and tattoos.
Elyse - It must be a sign or some kind.
Melody - Leslie and I were thinking the same thing. She thinks that this mystery guy is the guy I’m suppose to be with. Whoever he is.
Elyse - That makes sense.
Melody - I miss dating and going out.
Elyse - Aww, then lets go out tonight.
Melody - That sounds nice but you know I can’t drink.
Elyse - You don’t have to drink to have a good time.
Melody - I guess you’re right.
Elyse - Get ready and then we can go.

Melody goes into her bedroom and changes clothes so her and Elyse can go out. They leave and then head to the nearest club. Melody sits alone as Elyse dances and flirts with every guy that talks to her. Melody depressed cuz no guys wants to talk to her gets up to tell Elyse she wants to leave when a cute guy from her video making class comes over to talk to her.

Alex - You ok Mel?
Melody - (Sighs) Yeah I’m fine.
Alex - You don’t look fine. What’s wrong?
Melody - I guess I just wish guys would talk to me like they do with my sister.
Alex - Half the guys on campus are friends with Ian so they won’t talk to you after what happened in July.
Melody - Don’t mean to be mean but can why not talk about that. I’m still recovering from that night.
Alex - Oh right I’m sorry. I wasn’t thinking. Did you want to go out with me tomorrow night?
Melody - (Smiles) Sure, I would love to.
Alex - Great, I’ll come get you at 8.
Melody - You really don’t have to go out with me just cuz you feel bad for me.
Alex - I know but I want to. Even if it’s just a one time thing.
Melody - And I’m ok with that.
Alex - Ok, I’ll see you tomorrow.
Melody - Ok

Alex leaves when Elyse comes to check on Melody.

Elyse - So, what was that all about?
Melody - (Smiles) I have a date tomorrow.
Elyse - Aww, that’s great sis. Is it with that cute boy from your video class?
Melody - You mean Alex?
Elyse - Yes him
Melody - Can we go home?
Elyse - Sure, are you getting tired.
Melody - A little bit.
Elyse - Ok, then we’ll just go.

Melody and Elyse leave. They head back to Melody’s apartment. When they get back to Melody’s apartment Melody heads to bed. She is asleep a few minutes later until the next morning. It’s later that night and Melody goes on her date with Alex. It goes fine until morning sickness hits Melody and has to end the date early. When she gets home she heads right to bed. She sleeps until the next afternoon. Her sister heads back to Montreal. A few weeks pass. Melody decides to tell Ian that he got her pregnant after he raped her.
