A Part of Me

Leah's pov:
Sid, Olivia, and I were just at the property to meet with Vero to ride Oden.

"Hey Vero, how are you" I asked as she walked into the barn.

"Great, but there is a slight little problem, I can't really ride" she said.

Hadn't Marc told me has been riding since a teenager, well whatever.

"It's ok, Oden is great for beginners" I said.

She laughed.

"No Leah, I can ride just not today, or for the 5 and a half months, I'm pregnant" She said sounding upset.

"Vero, that is wonderful, why are you upset though"? I asked.

"well, I was going to tell Marc when I found out, but then I remembered we had a conversation, and he said he didn't want to have kids. At least not for a few years, I can't tell him.

"Vero, i'm so sorry, but this isn't your fault, at all, it takes 2 to make a baby you know" I said.

"Ya, im just glad that im not really showing, but I will tell him tonight, I have too, i can't wait till my water breaks 'oh Marc baby, I forgot to remind you, I am pregnant, and my water just broke, sorry'. She said sarcastically.

"Well, what about the gender, we can go shopping instead, then keep the clothes at my house"? I asked.

"Yes, we should go get Sid and tell him to, oh and, It's a girl.

"Were are we going"? Sid asked comming into the barn.

"BABY SHOPPING"!! me and Vero screamed.

"Vero, wow congrats, I will see you girls later though, we NHL'rs have rules, anyway I'll talk to you later girls" Sid said while giving me a kiss goodbye,

From there on, they spend the rest of their day baby shopping, but it was ok, we only spent about 10 grand, lol.

Sid's pov:
I just pulled up into the parking spot, and Marc had just pulled in to.

"Yo flower, congrats on the baby man" I said.

"Excuse me"? He said.

"Vero, the baby, the girls going baby shopping today, duh" I said.

"Oh, Uh yeah, thanks" he said sounding confused.

"What's up dude? I asked.

"Vero didn't say anything to me, just wait, I'll call her, somethings not right.

'ON THE PHONE'
"Hello" Vero said.

"Is their something you need to tell me"? I asked.

"Marc, I'm sorry, I just thought you would be mad"

"Be mad, why the fuck would I be mad, this is exactly what we wanted, a family, why would you not tell me, you said 4 months ago, you had the flu, when it was actually morning sickness, didn't you, you lied, for how many month's to me Vero, when were you planning on telling me this"? I said angrily.

"Actually, you were the one who said you didn't want a family yet, and I was going to tell you tonight" She yelled back.

"Vero, I'm sorry, I should not have yelled, but how the hell could you do this, you probraly what, 4 months pregnant, and you probraly just found out the gender at your 'dentist appointment' didn't you"? I said.

"Actually, 5 months, and yes, it is a girl, but I am hanging up know before you cause us to much stress, goodbye Marc".

Then she hung up.

"Marc, im so sorry dude" I said feeling bad for him.

"Hey theres Cindy"! The flyers captain yelled.

"Hey you, fuck off"! Marc shot back.

"Oh yeah, congrats on your lying wife and daughter, next time, talk or 'yell' at her quieter, you are the fucking worst husband ever. Claude shot back.

"says the one who dumped their pregnant fiance one week before the wedding you prick, oh and yeah, your daughter, she is doing great, she just turned 2, and Leah, oh Leah, she is just amazing, so you don't tell us of how horrible we are to our families you got it.

"How the fuck do you know about them, you creeping on the internet"he said inches away from my face.

"She is mine now, and so is Olivia, if you don't know her, that is her daughter, the one that you just dumped, and she turned out to be pretty fucking cute" I shot back.

Claude stared at me until I heard, "let's go see Dada, let's go see Dada". I turned around to see Leah and Olivia skipping towards me.

"Leah" Claude spoke quietly.

"Don't even go there you douche". I shoved him.

"Fuck you Cindy, that is my fiance and kid". He pushed back.

"Fuck off Claude, get away from my family" Leah yelled.

"What is going on here" Vero said walking over to Marc.

"Claude is Leah's ex or Olivia's father, who ditched them a week before there wedding, when he found out she was pregnant" Marc said.

"You dumped me actually you little puck slut, and that is my fucking daughter, calling you Dada" Claude said pointing towards Leah, then Sid.

"No, you are nothing like a father, whenever you got angry, you took it out on me, you are a ass, and you broke it off with me, don't lie" Leah yelled back.

Soon after Security came to see what was happening, and the escorted us to our locker room, and talked with the ref's, saying if we were on the ice at the same time, we would be suspended 7 games.
