The next day way really hard, Olivia was going to be coming home today, and I had 2 screaming babies.
"Leah, supper is ready, whenever you are ready" Vero said.
"No, I am not hungry" I said.
"Come on, you haven't ate since yesterday at 4, you need to eat something" She said.
"No, I am not hungry" I said.
"Do you need help with anything"? She asked.
"No, thank you though" I said.
"Leah, I wan't you to know, if you need to or not, you can stay here as long as you would like, we have enough room, we never come down here" She said, It was true though, they have 4 floors, and on the very bottom floor, they just re-did it, and there was a little kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one were the twins are and the other were I sleep.
"Actually, I need one favor" I said.
"Anything" She said.
"Do you mind giving me a ride to Sid's, and then can you take the girl's for a little bit"? I asked.
"Of course, when will you be ready"?
"In 2 minutes, I am going to put the girl's down for a nap" I said.
We left for Sid's, and when we got there, I instantly regretted it. I wasn't ready to see him, after what he did, and lied about, leaving Brook after she had a miscarriage, that could have been me, and I will be sure to not let it happen.
"Leah, hi" He said opening the door.
"I just came to grab some stuff, I will be out of here in a couple of minutes" I said.
"Ya, take all the time you need" He said.
"Why did you do that" I asked.
"Do what"? He said.
"Leave Brook, after she just lost your children, she had to go through that alone, why"? I asked.
"I don't know, I wasn't thinking" He said.
"Sid, why are we doing this" I said.
"I don't know"
"we used to be so happy, now all we do is fight"
"that can change" He said.
"But can it"? I looked up at him.
"yes, we both need to put effort into this relationship, we have kids together, what would you tell them if this didn't work out when there older"? He asked.
"I don't know, I haven't thought about it yet" I said.
"Were are they anyways"? He asked.
"Marc's, Vero came so I can pick up some stuff" I said.
"Oh ok" I said.
"Did you cheat on me" I said quickly.
"No, I would never"! He shouted.
"Ok"
"Leah, what is wrong, you look horrible, and it isn't from us".
"Nothing"
"You are lying, what is wrong" He said.
"Maybe the fact that she hasn't eaten in 18 hours and hasn't slept at all and has been taking care of 2 newborns, she is fine" Vero said walking through the front door.
"Leah"
"No, don't Sid, just let me grab my stuff, and I will be out of here, and I can drive my vehicle back home Vero so you can go"
"Ok, see you later" She said.
"When are you going to come talk, I can't just sit here and wait around"
You are tured! Every night when I was pregnant, I would be in so much pain, I could not move, ebery single night, you were gone, so don't you dare tell me you are tired of waiting"! I shouted.
"Yeah, planning on spending the rest of my life with you"! He yelled back.
"Whatever, I am leaving, I will bring the girls by to see you" I said walking out the door.
'Vero's pov:
I was sitting at home waiting for Leah to come home, she had been at Sid's for over 2 hours, and I was just going to go over there, but then my phone rang.
"Hello" I asked.
"Hello, this is Dr, Shane at Pittsburgh medical hospital, If you could get here right away, that would be great".
"May I asked why"? I said.
"It turns out that you were last to see Leah Giro, we need some notes" He said.
"Is she alright" I asked.
"Well, Ms. Giro was in a car accident, and it doesn't look to well"
"I am on my way, I will be there in 20 minutes" I said.
I got the girls in their carseats, and put them into the car, then I decided to call Sid.
"Hello" He said.
"Sid" I nearly whispered.
"Vero, what's wrong, why are you crying" He asked.
"It is Leah, she has been in a accident" I said.
"Is she alright" He said.
"The doctor says it is serious, we have to get there right away" I said.
"I am on my way" He said, and then, the other line went blank.
