A Part of Me

Leah's pov:
The boys are 2 minutes away from winning the Stanley cup, and everyone was on there seat since the score was 4-3. The time went slowly.

"YES"! Vero screamed.

"FINALLY"! I said hugging her.

We went down to the glass to watch the speech and then the cup being hoisted. It took about 30 minutes but we were finally aloud to see our boyfriends, or husbands, or fiances.

"SID"! I yelled as he skated over and picked me up quickly and twirled around.

"I am so exited right now" He said loudly enough for me to hear.

Someone came over and handed something to Sid but I didn't see what. I was confused until I realized what was happening when he got down on one knee.

"Leah, you make me the happiest happiest woman ever, when I met you at the grocery store, I knew one day I would marry you, and when I got this chance, I took it, so Leah Giro, will you marry me"? He asked opening the little black box.

"Oh my god" I said happy tears streaming down my face.

"Please" He said.

"Of course"! I said as he slid the ring on my finger and got up and twirled me around and kissed me.

"Sid, I know your are exited, but watch my belly" I laughed as he put me down.

"I am sorry" He said.

"I am gonna get the girls" I said.

"I am coming, were are they"?

"Right there" I said pointing to the benches.

"Dadda" The twins shouted.

"Hi girls" I said picking Sadie up.

"Olivia" I said calling her over.

"Come her" Sid said helping her onto the ice.

"No, it scary" She said refusing.

"It is ok, it is really fun, I promise" He said picking her up.

"Daddy, NO"! she screamed.

"Sid just-" But it was to late he was spinning her around in circles.

"Olivia" I said as she came and jumped into my arms crying.

"I don't like it" She said.

"You know what I like" Sid asked putting his arm around me.

"What"? I asked.

"Your baby bump"he whispered.

"Me to, we have an ultrasound tomorrow morning if you wanna go" I said.

"Do we find out the gender" He asked.

"Yes" I said.

"And after I am guessing you are gonna go blow the bank account" He laughed.

"You were right, we need a bigger house" I said.

"I told you"! He said.

"I have a huge problem though" I said.

"What"? He asked.

"I want sleep, and so do the girls, and my belly hurts"I said holding it.

"Im sorry, 3 more months" He said.

"Oh hush, your not" I said playfully pushing him.

"Go get some sleep, I can meet you at home in a couple hours" He said kissing my head

"I will, let me get the girls, were did they go"? I said looking around.

"Shit, I dont know" He said.

"Shit, Sadie is right there sitting on ice"! I said as Sid went and picked her up and she started crying.

"Lacey and Olivia are over there with Geno, can you get them so I don't break my neck" I said and he nodded.

"Thank you, I will see you soon"

I ent to grab Sid's phone since he didn't want to leave it in the locker room, and the I got to kids in the car, and into bed when I got home. My stomach hurt alot, but I think it did with evero other baby I had, but this one was the worst.

"Leah" I heard Sid call.

"Up here" I said.

"Hey, are you ok" He asled sitting beside me.

"No, I am tired and I can't sleep because it it so uncomfortable and I just want to be done" I said.

"your stomach still hurts" He said rubbing it"

"yes" I said turning over to get comfy.

"Here is a heating pad, it will help trust me" He said .

Shortly after Sid was asleep and I was wide awake, tossing and turning.

"Seriously, I am going to sleep in the guest room, I am sorry, but I need sleep" He said getting up.

"Ok, night".

I fell asleep shortly after until Sid was shaking me.

"What" I said.

"Are you ok"?' He asked.

"My stomach hurts still, why"? I asked.

"you were screaming" He said.

"I am sorry, what time is it"? I asked.

"10:00" He said.

"SHIT"! i said jumping out of bed.

"whats wrong"

"We have an appointment in 30 minutes" I said throwing some sweats and a t-shirt on.

"The girls are with Geno and Anna again, they can watch them" He said.

"Ok, lets go" He said grabbing my hand.

We made it just in time.

"Leah" Someone called and I stood up.

"Just follow me" the nurse said.

"I just will get the doctor, it will be one sec" She said walking out of the room.

"Hello Leah, how are you" She said walking in the room.

"great, thank you" I said.

"So you would like to know the gender"? She asked and Sid and I nodded.

"Well, looks like you are having twins again, a boy and girl" She said.

"Wow, that is awsome" I said.

"Yes, congratulations, we will see you in a couple of months" She said and then walked out of the room.

"I am done pushing kids out for you" I said glaring at Sid.

"Shopping time"! He said changing the subject.

We got the the store and we got all of the stuff we needed. We decided to call up a relatour since we found a beutiful house when we were driving home. We booked an apointment for later that day and then when we got home, I had a nap, and Sid took care of the girls.

2 hours of sleep, then hopefully a new house.
