A Part of Me

Sid's pov:
I decided just to crash on the couch, and then I would talk to her in the morning. I still love her to death, but I can't believe she kept her previous relationship from me, but I really could not blame her, I kept my previous relationship from her, well, I actually didn't tell anyone.

Brook and I were engaged, and the night I asked her to marry her, she found out she was pregnant. I was so exited to have a baby with her, and we even found out we were having twins, both boys, but a few weeks after we found out, she miscarried. I was so torn apart. We fought constantly, and then I left. I told her I just needed some time, but I could not go back, there was to much pain in the past, I needed to move on.
I it was 5:30 in the morning, and I heard Leah start screaming "No" over and over. I ran up the stairs and leah was still tossing and turning. She was either screaming 'no', 'stop' or "Jake please', But the question was who was Jake?

"Leah, wake up"! I shook her.

"Jake, stop"! She screamed.

"Leah, come on, your just dreaming, wake up"! I shook harder.

"Sidney"! she yelled and sat up quickly and started crying.

"It's ok, you are safe" I said pulling her onto my lap.

"No, Jake". she said

"Babe, who's Jake"? I asked.

"Right after I had Olivia, we started dating, and then he started to hit, or punch me" she said quietly.

"Leah, I'm sorry" Is all I could say.

"I'm horrible, I slapped Olivia, just like he would hit me" She said still crying.

"because she wasn't listening, you are a grown woman, not a rag doll, you do not deserved to be treated that way" I said.

"He is is jail though, and I just want sleep" she said wiping her eyes.

"then go back to sleep silly" I laughed.

"I love you" she said.


"I love you too".

I thought that since Olivia would wake up any time, I would start making breakfast.

As I started cooking the eggs, Olivia and Leah came skipping into the kitchen hand-in-hand.

"Morning Daddy" Olivia said while tugging at my leg.

"Morning pumpkin, are you exited for the game"? I asked and she nodded her head and squealed.

"Good" I said.
