Chapter 5.
I spray some perfume on myself before I go. I look in the mirror one more time. I'm satisfied on the way I look tonight. Locking the door behind me I feel a ping of confidence inside me. I finally find the place, after walking for 5 minutes. The two security guards check my ID and then let me in. I haven't been out in so long, this will be a good night!
I walk up to the bartender and sit on a stool. ''What would you like, sweetheart?" he asked me. ''Hmm i'm not sure, I haven't been to a club in so long'' I told him, but I doubt he even cared. I'm still sitting there looking at the list of drinks when a finger lands on ''Buttery Nipple, that's my favorite'' a male voice says with a accent. My heart does a little skip and I turn around to see Victor Hedman looking right at me. I start to blush and i'm lost at words. I'm just starring at him. I snap out of it and say ''Oh really, then maybe I should try it'' I say. I ask for the Buttery Nipple and start to take my money out when he puts his hand on mine. ''Ill pay for it'' he says, ''Oh no it's alright I've got it'' I told him. He wouldn't let me buy it, so I gave up.
We sit there talking for about an hour. He gets up and asks me to dance with him. I do, ''I haven't done this in awhile'' I told him feeling embarrassed. ''That's okay, i'll guide you'' He smiles at me. Having him hold me like this makes me feel safe.
''You played a great game tonight'' I told him, ''Thank you! I saw you watching the game'' he says. I new he noticed me, maybe I was starring to much. ''Oh really?'' I asked acting like I didn't notice. ''Yep, I thought you were beautiful and couldn't figure out why you were alone.'' He explained.
