Distance Thief

It's been almost 3 weeks since I left Pittsburgh to go visit my family back home in Dallas, for the first time in over 2 years. When I first told them about Paisley, they were a little mad I didn't tell them, but they came around. Paisley is just about 3 months and more needy then ever. Thankfully, I have an amazing family that loves her and is always wanting to help out. I talk to Beau once a day, letting him know that Paisley is fine, and he is in serious need to see his daughter. Every game since we left, he has played like crap, so it is time for us to go home. Sid on the other hand, he totally understands why I left, so he is not mad at all, he just wished we would have told him we were leaving.
Its a 2 hour plane ride back to Pittsburg, but it feels like 5 hours with a crabby baby. When we get back, little does Sid know we are coming home. I arranged plans for Beau to pick us up at the airport and he will take Paisley for the night, so Sid and I can have some time to talk things through about what our plans where for near future.
When I arrived in Pittsburgh, the airport was crazy and I couldn't see a thing. At first I considered calling, but I couldn't even hear the phone. Looking around I finally found Beau, 2 hours later.
"Holy crap ,I was getting worried I couldn't find you guys" Beau said running and taking Pailey out of my hands right away, causing her to wake up and start crying.
"Forgot to warn you she's quite the drama queen these days, wake her up she'll cry for an hour for no reason, doesn't even realize she wakes up up 10 times a night" I said walking out of the airport.
"She takes after you" He laughed.
"You're not even funny, she'll probably be ugly with you as a dad" I said slightly shoving him.
"Hey! Baby in hand here" He laughed again.
"Yeah, Yeah, let's just get out of here so I can suprise Sid" I said.
It only took a couple of minutes to get home, and I was so exited. When Beau drove off, i quietly entered the house trying to find Sidney. Even though we weren't right beside each other, we grew close when I was in Dallas. We would talk everyday, for hours before either of us had a real good reason to go. I don't even know if he remembers, but for the last 4 times we talked, he said I love you.
When I realized he was sleeping, I quietly made my way into the bedroom and layed next to him. Shortly after, I dozed off until I heard him starting to wake.
"Long time no see" I said quietly, running my fingers throught his hair.
"Your're home"! He yelled sitting up and hugging me hard.
"Boy, did I ever miss you" I said not letting go of him.
"Does it make you regret it more when I do this" He said smashing his lips onto mine.
"Mhm, and it makes me regret leaving more telling you that we are child free for the night" I said whispering into his ear.
"Wait, are you sure you are ready"? He asked.
"Dude, I haven't done it in just about a year, and knowing that you are here, makes me even more ready" I said in a dirty tone.
And just like like, he's sliding both our shirts off and undoing my bra.
He made sure to not miss a single inch of my body, making me shiver several times. Slowly,he took the rest of my clothes of and then his. First of all, his hands are majic on and off the ice, second of all, this is the best time I have had in months.
Then the real fun began.
