"Wow." Emily gasped, seeing Amber come out in her dress. "You look amazing."

"I fucking know! It took me so long to find a dress but this is,"

"Perfect. You look so hot." Leigh cooed.

"I can't believe this." Amber sighed, stepping towards the mirror.

She smoothed out her dress. Her wedding dress. She couldn't believe this was her day. She couldn't believe she was about to get married. She couldn't believe she fell in love with the boy she caught with her roommate, who only showered twice a week, if she was lucky. But she couldn't imagine herself with anyone else.

"I can't believe James is getting married before me." Emily laughed.

"Well, when the right girl comes along," Leigh smirked.

"I can't believe he convinced me to incorporate Nashville colours into the wedding." Amber shook her head.

Emily grinned at her best friend's bride to be. She looked beautiful. She grinned at the girl as she ran her hand down her veil. Amber smiled at Emily through the mirror.

"I'm gonna go see how lover boy's doing." Emily said as she walked towards the door.

"Tell him I love him and I'll see him at the alter." Amber cooed.

Emily opened the door and came face to face with Sidney. He smiled down at her. He held the door, stepping out of her way.

"Thank you, Mr. Crosby." She chimed, walking past him.

"Call me Sidney, Emily." He shook his head as he walked into the room.

Emily wandered the halls until she found the room James was in. She knocked. Geno opened it, smiling. He let her walk in. She saw her best friend standing in front of a mirror, taking deep breaths. He saw her in it and turned around. She smiled at him.

"You and Amber are a gorgeous couple." Emily sighed as she walked towards him.

"Why do you think I'm marrying her?" He laughed, pulling Emily in for a hug. "Can you believe this?"

"That you actually washed your hair?" Emily teased.

"That I'm getting married." He smirked.

She pulled away and looked up at him as she crossed her arms. "Actually, I can.". She admitted. "I mean, Amber seems to bring out the best in you."

"I've never felt more like myself that I do with her." He confessed.

All the guys snickered. He gave them a quick 'shut up' which they did. Emily beamed up at him. He looked to her and furrowed her eyebrows.

"What?"

"I'm so proud of you." She smiled.

He grinned. "This is a pretty big deal for me, huh?"

"The biggest. I've never seen you so serious about anything besides hockey." She taunted.

"I actually might like Amber more than hockey." He suggest.

Beau scoffed. "I mean, she's alright, but more than hockey?"

James nodded. "More than hockey."

"Wow, you're in this for the long haul, eh?" His brother, Mike, chimed in.

James shrugged but nodded. "I'm in love with the girl. That's why I asked her to marry me." He mocked, shoving his brother. "How's things with Benny?" He asked Emily.

She felt herself blush as she looked down. "Really good, actually." She said as she looked back up. "I'm really happy with him."

"You two are sneaking up on Amber and I." James winked.

"I don't think we're there yet, but I love him." She told James.

"Good. He's good for you." He nodded. "How's Tyler? I mean, I know you two still talk but how does he deal with you and Jamie?"

"He doesn't really. We don't hang out as much as we did. He's always partying or focused on hockey." She explained.

"So he's miserable?"

"Actually, no. Believe it or not, I think that's Tyler's happy place." She elaborated. "He lives for hockey and partying. That's what he wants to do and he's happy doing it."

"Then I guess everything's worked out for us and the people caught up in the mess we were." James joked.

She nodded. "I always knew everything would work out. I'm happy and so are you."

"That's all I could ask for." He smiled.

"Me too, James." She smiled back. "Now, I better head back because I have your bride to tend to."

"Tell her I'll see her soon." He laughed.

Emily gasped. "Right! She wanted me to tell you that she loves you and she'll see you at the alter. No cold feet!"

"Got my warm socks on." He smirked.

Emily shook her head as she walked out of the room. She took a deep breath and smiled. Everything had worked out.
