Prove Me Wrong.

'Jamie's POV'

I woke up Sunday morning in Kieran's bedroom, her head on my chest one leg thrown over mine. Nothing other than a lot of kissing had happened last night but that was fine by me, actually just having her in my arms was enough for now. She was very peaceful in her sleep, almost angelic. The sun creeping through the curtains showed the freckles on her pale skin, her red hair tied in a knot on her head with pieces falling out around her face. I wanted nothing more to stay in this moment forever, but my bladder however was not down for that plan. I carefully peeled Kieran's long leg off of mine and slid slowly out from underneath her, as her face met with the pillow a small whimper fell from her lips and she stirred lightly.

When I came back from the bathroom, she was awake sitting up against the coral colored headboard her knees pulled up to her chest. "Morning," she said softly as I crawled up next to her, "Good morning beautiful" I replied softly leaning in to kiss her. I could have kissed her all day long and I bet she would have let me, however we were interrupted by my iPhone ringing from the bedside table. "Ugh," I groaned rolling off of Kieran and grabbing the phone, of course it was Tyler.

"What?" I asked putting the phone to my ear, Kieran asked who it was in a was in a whisper and I mouthed Tyler's name to her, she nodded and got out of the bed. My eyes followed her as she walked into the bathroom, watching the way her hip swung as she walked I zoned out of Tyler's conversation. He had called to make sure I was still in to watch the Cowboys vs Seahawks game at the sports bar tonight. I assured him that I would be there and got off the phone as quickly as I could.

By the time I got off the phone Kieran was in the kitchen drinking coffee and scrolling on her iPad, "So are you coming out tonight?" I asked wrapping my arms around her waist burying my face in her hair. She sat her mug down on the island, and turned to face me wrapping her long arms around my neck "Yeah, Ty texted me about it this morning." "Good." I said leaning down and kissing her softly. I could get use to mornings like this.

'Kieran's POV'

Jamie eventually left to shower and change before meeting at the bar, Tyler had decided for me that I was riding with him tonight and there was no fighting him. After showering myself I couldn’t decide between my Cowboys or Seahawks jersey. After much consideration I decided on the Seahawks after all Jamie would most likely be wearing something Seattle related too. The temperature had dipped into the 40's so I busted out my grey knitted Ugg boots, pulling them over light wash skinny jeans, my Russell Wilson jersey flowing over my body. I tugged a grey beanie over my straight hair and placed my glasses on the bridge of my nose, grabbing my coat off of the hook by the door I closed my door and headed to Tyler's.

Apparently Tyler Seguin is a mind reader. Who knew he was a triple threat? Hockey star, playboy, and mind reader. As soon as I walked in the door he knew something had happened, "Spill it." he demanded as I walked towards where he was sitting on the couch. I tried to play it off raising my eyebrows, "Spill what Segs?" He cocked his jaw at me, "Shut up and tell me why you're so smiley Kieran. Did you have sex with my captain last night?"

I grabbed the throw pillow next to me and chucked at his head, my face heating up from embarrassment and anger. "Dammit Seguin, not everyone is obsessed with sex like you! And for clarification no, I didn’t." A huge grin plastered on his face as he arose off the couch, "Alright then, you just must be in loooove." I shot him a glare as I followed him out of the living room, "I'm done talking about this." I said with a laugh, I wasn’t in love with Jamie, was I? Oh boy.

The sports bar was hopping but being that the guys have a little pull in the city they snagged a couple booths in the back near a TV. When Tyler and I got there Jamie was talking to his brother, as we approached he smiled taking in the fact that I was supporting his team. Tyler did some weird bro-shakes with the two guys before Jamie wrapped his arm around my shoulders, "Nice jersey" I smiled up at him, "Thought I'd join you in taking crap for rooting against the home team." Jamie then asked Tyler to take our picture, I took off my coat and fixed my hair quickly before Jamie wrapped his arm around my waist as I settled one hand on Jamie's stomach just below the Seahawks logo on his shirt the other landing on my hip, Tyler counted to 3 and snapped the picture.

Jamie looked at his phone, "Yeah that’s going on Instagram." I pulled out of his grasp, "Whatever you say Jame, I'm getting a beer." While I waited at the bar I scrolled Instagram and there it was, "Dallas girl even knows what's up! ;) @IrishKierBomb #GoHawks #12thMan" I liked it and slid my phone back into my pocket. I knew every picture Jamie posted of us caused an uproar on his social media, but I tried not to let it bother me. Our "relationship" is no one else's business, it's between Jamie and I so they can say whatever they want, so long as Jamie is mine. Grabbing the bottle of Bud Light off the bar I turned and leaned against it looking through the crowd at my friends, and locking eyes with Jamie. I took a drink of the beer, admiring his smile as we just looked at each other from afar. That man was perfect and although I may not be sure what we are, I know he's mine.
