Allison's POV:

When Sidney and I reached the hotel, the ambulence and police where all there. The cops had Max in handcuffs and two EMTs where talking to James, who had an icepack on his face. "Max!" I exclaimed going to him, "Max, what did you do?!"

"He fucking punched me!" James yelled

"From what witnesses say, ma'am, these two gentlemen where arguing and this one assualted that one." the male officer said

"Max..."

"I'm sorry, but he was spreading lies about you." Max replied

"Do you want to press charges, Mr. Neal?" the female officer asked James. I

I looked over at him, almost crying. This could not be happening right now. James sighed, "No. I don't. It was a tiny misunderstanding. It won't happen again." he said looking at me.

The officer took the handcuffs off of Max, "Alright then. Have a nice night, everyone."

"I'm sorry..." Max said looking at me

I sighed and looked down, "Don't be, Max. You had every right to be upset. James told you the truth. I came here with the intention of sleeping with him, but he said 'no'...yes we kissed, but that was it...yes I'll admit that I wanted more, okay? I wanted more...but he said no...so if you want to be mad at anyone, Maxime, be mad at me."

Max just looked at me in shock, "What are you saying?"

I started to cry and I felt my heart pounding hard against my chest, "I'm still in love with him Max."

James looked down, Sid just stared at me in disbelief and Max shook his head, "I can't believe I trusted you. You promised me. You know what, Allison? I'm done. I'm not going to do this anymore. I'll have your things shipped to you."

I started shaking, "Max...no..."

"It's over, Allison." he replied, leaving. I just dropped to the floor, sobbing...I had once again fucked up.

James' POV:

I stood up and went to Allison's side, sitting by her. Sid left to follow Max..I put my arm around her, "I'm sorry..."

She just started crying and fell into my arms. "He...he broke up with me."

"I know...it's all my fault..."

"No it isn't James..." she replied, looking at me

I nodded, "If I had just left you the fuck alone, you wouldn't have come here...we wouldn't have kissed...we wouldn't have almost had sex...we wouldn't have..."

"YOU WHAT?!?!?" Jen's angry voice interrupted

Fuck..."Jen...I..." I started

"No, James. I fucking heard you. I can't fucking take this. It's over, James Neal. OVER and I'll be fucking damned if you ever see my children again."

My heart shattered into thousands of pieces, "Jenny...no...please!"

"I'm filing for full custody and after I tell them about you cheating on me three times now, I'll for sure get it and I'll fight so you don't get visitation. All you'll ever be to them is fucking child support!" she yelled, stopping away...

I couldn't breath. My hands were shaking and I started sobbing...I had fucked up big time...and I'd never forgive myself for it...
