On the phone with megan
“Wait you’re staying with Jamie?!” Megan chirped
“Jeez why don’t you scream it a little bit louder, and I’m just staying in the guest room. Plus Tyler is gonna be there so i doubt anything is gonna happen” I smiled
“Cut the shit Kat, we all know something is gonna happen!” She cheered “Well make sure to email the professors explaining everything”
“I will” I agreed “Hey Jamie just pulled with the car I’ll text you later. Have fun at school”
Jamie pulled up the entrance of the hospital in his G-wagon. God I felt so pathetic, he could afford a car that probably cost the same as much as my college funds. I know he wasn’t trying to flaunt it, it was just the car he got from making money as a hockey player, the night i spent at Jamies i couldn’t really see much but if this is his car what is his apartment like?
“You all set?” He smiled proudly grabbing my bags
“Yup, all set” I Belted
JAMIE POV
The car ride was supposed to be half an hour but with traffic at 7am on a friday it took an hour and thirty minutes, no one spoke It was an awkward silence it was the silence you share with someone and you’re okay with it. However just sitting there was bugging me so i turned on the radio to Eminem without realizing it I began to rap along
“jeez, you’re hot, smart, sweet and now you rap?” Katie chuckled “You’re the full package”
“Why thank you” I added before singing the entire rap. I looked over and Katie was hysterically laughing at me singin, her face turned bright red from laughing so hard, she was so beautiful. “Hey Kat” I questioned
“Yeah?” She said confusing
I leaned over the glove compartment, cupping her face and kissing her softly. “Thats all” i smiled proudly
The apartment was quiet so I knew Ty was probably at the opintial skate. I showed Katie where everything was, the bathroom, kitchen and even Tyler and I’s bedroom incase she needed us next up was her room for the week.
“Well this is room” I softly said “I have to go take a pre-game nap, so i’ll see you later” as I turned to the door
“Jamie?” She asked
“Yeah?” I asked back
“Can we nap together please?” She answered fidgeting with her hands as she sat on the edge of the bed
“Of course” I beamed making my way to the other side of the bed “c’mon in”
She snuggled under my arm, placing her head on my chest. “Score for me again” She beamed
“Already on it” I yawned before dozing off. If this how all my pre game naps were like, I could win every game
Before I know it, I was back at the arena skating at the pregame warm up. I knew Katie wasn’t gonna be in the mood to be around so many people and i wasn’t sure if bringing her back so quickly after the seizure would trigger anything. I always keep my promises and when i promise Katie something even a goal I intend to keep them especially for Katie. Tonight we were playing a tough team, the Montreal Candiens, it was going to be a tough battle. By the end of third period it was 3-3 with only two minutes to go, I got hold of the puck I started skating fast with only two habs on me when Katies beautiful face popped into my head i began to skate faster and past the guys SCORE!!!!! We won the game but most of all I won Katie i smiled to myself as the team hugged me.
When I got back home I wasn’t sure if Katie would be awake or not so i knocked softly on her door before gently opening it “Katie?”
“Come here I have a gift for your win” She softly said
When I shut the door she was laying there on the guest bed, laying in black lacey lingerie with black heels. “Holy shit” I smirked
I turned around “Wait Jam, i’m sorry” she cried I locked the door
“Just so Ty doesn’t come in” I smiled seeing the sense of relief on her face
I took off my pants and shirt leaving me in my boxer briefs, picking her up from the bed I pinned her against the wall kissing her hard while my hands grab hold onto her ass.
