You Make Me Want To

Addie frowned, walking into her living room. She had a sheet wrapped around her bare body. Tyler had just texted her that he needed to talk to her. She and Jamie had just finished having sex so she didn't get much time to clean up. Tyler was sitting on the couch with his head in his hands. Jamie came out in his t-shirt and boxers. He kissed Addie's cheek before he looked to their friend.

"Everything alright?" Jamie asked.

Tyler shook his head. He looked up and his eyes were blood shot. "She dumped me." He spat before putting his head back in his hands.

Addie felt her heart drop. "I'm gonna go get dressed." She whispered to Jamie.

He nodded, walking over to Tyler. He wasn't sure what to do. Tyler was always a sensitive guy. He knew that. He'd seen Tyler cry many times before, over hard games and stuff like that, but never a girl. The girls usually cried over him. Jamie patted his back. He let out a long sigh. Tyler did the same before he sat back. He slid down the couch a bit.

"I know it's hard." Jamie started. "But you and and Ness care about each other. If Addie and I,"

"Stop." Tyler cut him off. "It's not Addie and you who are broken up right now, it's Vanessa and I."

"I was just trying to use a compar,"

"Well don't. It's not comparable because it's not the same." Tyler hissed. "You have the girl you love, I'm still fighting for mine."

"You love her?" Addie spoke, coming into the living room.

Tyler nodded his head slowly. "Yeah, it's scary."

Addie smiled. "It'll be okay, Ty. You're welcome to stay here as long as you want." She told him, pulling him into a hug.

"Thank you, Addie." He sighed.

Things didn't look up from there for Tyler. He had resorted to sleeping on Addie's couch every night because he didn't feel like being alone. He hadn't heard from Vanessa since their exchange nearly a week before. And the cherry on top? The Stars hadn't made playoffs. Tyler was certain his world was falling apart.

"Hey," Addie's voice interrupted his thoughts. "I'm heading over to Jamie's for a little bit. He's kinda,"

Tyler nodded. "I'll probably be here when you get back." He chuckled.

"You can stay here as long as you need to." She reassured him before she left.

Jamie was taking the team losing hard. He was moping around his apartment. Addie figured she should go comfort her boyfriend. She knocked twice before she walked in. He was laying face down on the couch. She walked over, laying on top of him. She wrapped her arms around his waist, kissing his cheek. He groaned but started to sit up. She climbed off of him.

"I would be a lot worse if I didn't have you here." He breathed, pulling her into a hug.

"I'm glad I can be here for you." She cooed. "You mean the world to me."

"Addie, I love you." He blurted.

She shot back. "Are you sure? We've only been togeth,"

"I'm positive." He stopped her.

A smiled spread across her face. "I love you too."

"Speaking of love," He sang. "I called Vanessa and told her that Tyler's in love with her."

"And?"

The sound of a knock on a door echoed. "That should be here going to patch things up right now." He grinned.

"You're an amazing man." Addie wrapped her arms around his waist.

"It takes an outstanding woman to make an amazing man." He smirked before he kissed her.

Two weeks passed quickly. The three girls were out for lunch. Vanessa had not been off her phone the entire time. Addie finally snatched it from her. She locked it. She earned a glare from Vanessa.

"Tyler and I are having a serious talk." Vanessa whined.

"About what?" Paisley snorted.

"He wants me to go to the Bahamas with him, but I'm," Vanessa sighed.

"What's up, V?" Addie questioned.

"I'm scared." Vanessa confessed. Her friends gave her questioning looks. "I am this little sheltered virgin and Tyler is him."

"Hold on,"

"Wait a fucking m,"

"You and Tyler have never had sex and he's already in love with you?" Paisley gasped.

"No, we haven't. What if he's using this to try to, like, bribe me into having sex with him?" Vanessa frowned.

Paisley shook her head. She picked up her phone. The FaceTime ringer went twice before it was answered. "Tyler, are you taking Vanessa to th,"

"Paisley, stop!" Vanessa begged.

Addie grabbed the phone, turning it to herself. "Are you ever gonna try to pressure Ness into shit?"

"What?" Tyler yelled. "I would never do that to her. I just want to do something special for her." Vanessa smiled, her cheeks burning. "So will you come, babe?"

Vanessa sighed. "Yeah, I'll do it." She nodded, the camera on her.

"Perfect. Thank you so much." Tyler beamed. "See you at home in a bit?"

She nodded again. "See you."

Addie frowned, handing the phone back to Paisley. "There goes three of my five friends." She cried.

"Three?" Vanessa cocked a brow, chewing some lettuce.

"You, Tyler, and Jamie's going home." Addie growled.

"And Val and Paisley are going to Russia." Paisley said, very fast.

"Are you fucking me?" Addie hissed. Paisley slowly shook her head. "Whatever. I have a bunch of dumb reports I have to do at work anyways."

It had been another two weeks and all Addie had done is work. She kept up with all her loved ones. Plenty of shirtless pictures of Tyler, of course, with Vanessa looking adorable in her little bikinis. Paisley and Val took plenty of pictures as well. Val would Instagram them and caption them all as "#43" even though his number had nothing to do with the photo.

She talked to Jamie constantly. FaceTime, Skype, over the phone, snapchat, texting, everything. Tonight though, Vanessa had asked for a Skype call amongst the girls. It wasn't uncommon for them to do that. It was just harder with such a large time difference. Paisley had to wake up at 9 am after a night of partying. Addie was staying up until 9 pm after a long day at work. And Vanessa was still up relaxing at 12 am in the beautiful Bahamas. Addie smiled when they all connected.

"What's going on?" Paisley sang.

"I have some big news." Vanessa bit her lip. "I don't know how t,"

"You and Tyler finally fucked." Addie cut her off.

"How did you kn,"

"You're glowing." Paisley laughed. "How was it?"

"Dirty details, please!" Addie added.

"Well, the first time, we,"

"Hold on, first?" Paisley gawked.

Vanessa just giggled. She continued to tell the story until Tyler appeared. He was kissing up and down her neck. He was turning her on. It was obviously in her body language. Paisley and Addie felt like they were watching the build up to a porno. Addie cleared her throat. Vanessa looked back to the screen. She ended the call without a word.

"Fucking rabbits!" Paisley exclaimed. "How are you, darling?"

"Tired." Addie yawned. "How are you and Valeri?"

"Great as always. Talk to Jamie recently?" Paisley questioned.

"Every second of my life." Addie chuckled.

"You look exhausted so I'm gonna let you go. Love you and miss you." Paisley puckered her lips.

"Love you too, Pais." Addie smiled before they hung up.

Addie passed out on the couch. She woke up to her phone buzzing. She yawned, reaching for it. It was ten the next morning. That was a good sleep. She answered Jason Demers' call. She let out a yawn before she could say anything.

"Good morning to you as well!" He teased.

"I'm so sorry." She laughed.

"It's okay! You're still in Dallas, correct?" He asked.

"Yes, unfortunately." She groaned.

"And do you have plans for tonight?"

"No, why? Are we doing something for your birthday?" She smirked.m

"Of course we are!" He exclaimed.
