Daddy's Little Girl.

After dinner I decided to go back to the hotel and facetime with Andy while Jenny went out and partyed. I watched the screen waiting for him to answer. Finally his face poped up,

"HEY!" He said happily. I smiled and looked at his smiling face.

"Hey! You will never guess who I saw and met today!" I said looking at the piece of paper Milan gave me.

"Who!?" He said as I watched the guys gather around.

"First off,Hey guys" I said waving to all the men standing around Andy's phone.

"HEYYYYYYYYYY" They all screamed happily.

"Ok so,I went to BU today and had a tour and everything and guess who was my tour guide!" I said watching the guys talk to each other and try to guess.

"Who!?" Nick screamed from the back.

"One of our old friends..." I dragged on while the guys all screamed, "SAY IT ALREADY" like little kids.

"BRIAN BOYLE!" I said as I watched Dustin smile.

"No way! Man I havent seen Boyler since last season,and it wasnt to say a friendly hello" He said chuckling. I smiled and Andy turned around and gave all the guys looks and they nodded and waved goodbye before walking off.

"Man I miss you" Andy said looking in my eyes. I sighed and looked down.

"I miss you too" I said sadly. I heard him sniffle and looked back at the screen to see his eyes full of tears.

"Babe dont...I'll see you soon. Listen once this whole BU stuff is done i'll fly out ok?" I said feeling myself tear up as I watched tears go down his cheeks.

"Ok...Its not the same sleeping without you...Plus the guys have basically rected our floor" He said chuckling. I giggled and glanced at the clock that read 10pm.

"I gotta go soon...OH WAIT I FORGOT TO TELL YOU WHO I MET! GET THE GUYS!!!" I said looking around my room for Milan's number. I watched the guys gather back around Andy.

"TELL US" They all said smilling at me. I giggled and took a deep breath.

"I met Milan Lucic" I said smiling as all the guys cheered. All the guys knew how much I loved him and how he was basically my favorite player of all time.

"He scares me" Dustin said as everyone turned and looked at him before bursting out laughing. He chuckled a bit and while the guys teased him.

"Also,Pretty sure Jenny is out partying with Tyler Seguin right now" I said laughing. They all laughed and Andy looked at me.

"I love you" He mouthed smiling. I mouthed back and he smiled and looked back at the guys.

"You guys wanna say goodnight before I push you out of my room" He said as the guys nodded. They all said goodnights and stuff when Brandon took the phone.

"Goodnight Jylian..." He said before mouthing 'Text me,I love you'. I sighed and nodded before he gave the phone back to Andy. I watched the guys leave and Andy turned to me.

"Goodnight beautiful" He said blowing a kiss. I giggled and felt my cheeks burn up.

"Goodnight Handsome" I said before his face disaperd.

I sighed and walked to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth before changing into Andy's shirt I brought with me and pj shorts. I jumped onto the hotel bed and grabbed my phone witch read I had a new text from Brandon and one from Milan Lucic. I smiled when I read Milan's name,still shocked I finally met him and he actually wanted to get to know me. I opend up the text that read,

"Hey Jylian,I hope I have the right number."

I smiled and decided to check Brandon's text before writting back to Milan.

"Baby? You still up?" It read. I shock my head at the word Baby,but yet it gave me butterflies in a weird way.

"Yeah,why?" I wrote back simply. I went into my texts and opend Milans.

"Hey! Yes you do have the write number! Thank you so much for contacting me,how are you?" I wrote back silenty screaming.

I decided to go on Twitter and see what I've missed. I had a few mentions but one caught my eye,

"@BriBrows22: So happy I got to see my old home girl @Jyadams!"

I smiled and wrote back,

"@BriBrows22: Cant wait to see you tomorrow!!!".

I exited out of twitter and saw I had 1 new text from Brandon. I opend it up and read it slowly,

"I miss you,I screwed up,Im sorry,I was drunk. Please forgive me,I cant deal with the pain of hearing Andy talk about you all the time and knowing your his and not mine. I cant believe I lost you. I was so stupid...You are so beautiful and fun,and everything any hockey player could ask for. Please Jylian,I want another chance. I need you".

I sighed and took a deep breath before writting back,

"Brandon,I understand you were drunk and everything but im done with being cheated on and everything,it really hurts. I love Andy alot and I know hes right for me. I love you as a bestfriend that I have alwas had,and I alwas will have.".

I went back to Milan's messages to find he had texted me back,

"Awesome! And no problem,I want to get to know you,Jenny told me alot about you but I want to know for myself. So,have you really been a bruins fan since you were 2 months old?". I giggled at his texts and texted back,

"Well its my pleasure to get to know you better! And yes I have lol,I turned into a Kings fan later on in life. I've alwas been a big fan of the Bruins and alwas will be".

I looked at the clock and it was now midnight. I sighed knowing I had to get up early tomorrow. I went into Brandons texts and wrote to him,

"Igtg to bed Brandon,I miss you. I'll text you in the morning,and please dont forget you can text me whenever.".

I opend Milan's texts and he had written back,

"Thats awesome! Well its late so i'll let you go,but text me tomorrow and maybe we can meet up? Sleep good". I smiled and wrote back,

"Will do,Thank you. Goodnight".

I put my phone on the nightstand beside the bed and turned off the light before making myself comfy and asking myself,

'...What even went on today!?'

I stuffed all my gear and a change of clothes into my hockey bag before running out of the hotel room and to the elevators. Brian had called me and told me to meet him downstairs at 7:15 and it was now 7:20. I decided the elevator was taking to long so I ran to the stairs and started running down the 5 flights before finally reached the lobby door. I ran out the lobby and into the parking lot and spotted Brians blue camero waiting for me. I climbed in the passagers seat and Brian smirked at me.

"Late as alwas. You havent changed I guess" He said chuckling. I rolled my eyes and he drove off and onto the highway. We talked the whole ride and caught up before arriving at BU. We got out of the car and headed into the empty and quite arena.

"I forgot you even knew how to skate" He said as he lead me down to the locker room. He waited in the hall way while I changed into my gear,and I threw on Andy's old jersey. I walked into the hall and past Brian.

"Meet you out there" I said before heding to the bench. I threw the pucks on the ice and made sure my skates were laced up tightly before grabbing my stick and jumping on the ice. I skated around a few times and streched before Brian came out.

"Ight first,let me see you skate" He said jumping on the ice. I got up and started skating around,foawrds,backwards,sideways,and every witch way he asked me too. I skated up to the bench and grabbed my water bottle.

"Wow...Your good" He said wide eyed. I giggled and he skated out to the middle of the ice while lining up pucks on the line. I skated over to him and he pointed at the pucks.

"Give it your best" He said backing up. I nodded and skated to the end of the line,taking a deep breath and closing my eyes before shotting. I skated down the line and shot all the pucks. I opend my eyes for the last one and watched it go straight in the net. I turned and skated back to Brian whos mouth was hanging open.

"What?" I asked worrying I did something wrong. He looked from the net to me.

"YOU ONLY MISSED THE NET ONCE" He screamed. I turned to the net and giggled seeing only one puck laying on the outside. I heard some claping and turned to see some men in suits sitting in the blechers. I turned to Brian confused and he smirked at me.

"I got some souts to come and watch" He said pushing me toawrds the bench. I looked up in shock and quickly ran into the locker room. I showerd as fast as I could and changed before running out of the locker room and up to the stands.

"Hello Jylian,Nice to meet you. I'm a scout for the Rangers" A man said greeting me. I smiled and shock his hand.

"Nice to meet you too,thank you for coming." I said before another man walked up to me.

"Pleasure to meet you,I'm a scout for the Kings" He said shaking my hand. I smiled and saw a bunch of other men in suits walking toawrds me.

"Thank you for coming" I said as I walked over to the other men. Thy were from all the place from the Blackhawks,Canuks,Ducks,Wild,Stars,and even the Bruins. I talked to all of them for awhile and decided to have a one on one with the Kings scout.

"You have a special talent Jylian,you really do. I knew your day when he worked for the Monarchs and he alwas said you had a love for hockey,and I want to give you the chance to play in the NHL and open the world of hockey to other young women" He said patting my back and walking away. I smiled and walked over to the other men and talked to them for awhile. I decided to even it down to 3 teams: Bruins,Kings and Rangers. They wanted to meet with me for the rest of the week and wanted to draft me. I made plans with all of them to meet up in Boston threw out the week. Tomorrow I was meeting with the Rangers scout,then the Bruins and Kings. Once I was done talking to all of them they left and it was just me and Brian again. I turned to him and he had a proud smirk on his face.

"You are AMAZING! I can never thank you enough" I said running and hugging him. He chuckled and hugged me.

"Hey anything for you Jyli. Remember,Family for life" He said smiling. I smiled and nodded and he looked down at me with a more serious look. He started to lean in and I stood there in shock not knowing if I should make a run for it or not. While I was lost in my thoughts I forgot what was going on and soon felt a pair of lips on mine. I stood there in shock for a miniute and he quickly pulled away.

"Sorry I didnt mean to upset you. I think I should go" He said picking up his bag and walking past me. I quickly ran up behind him and hugged him from behind.

"Its okay...I just was shocked. Dont leave,I want to catch up" I said as he turned around. He looked down at me and sighed.

"Alright,then let me take you out to lunch." He said smiling. I smiled and grabbed my bag.

"I would like that" I said with a smile as he lead me out to his car.

After lunch Brian and I spent the day walking around Boston and catching up. I looked over at him while he drived back to the hotel and smiled at the fact he hadnt changed at all. I was snapped out of my thoughts when my phone started to ring. I quickly searched threw my bag and finally found it.

"Hello?" I said not bothering to check who it was.

"BABE! How did it go today?" I heard Andy say happily. I smiled at the sound of his voice and looked over at Brian who mouthed 'Who is that?'. I stuck my tounge out him and he rolled his eyes.

"Good! Brian decided to surprise me and brian a bunch of scouts and they think im really good and I evened it down to three teams: Bruins,Rangers,and Kings of course" I said as I heard him gasp.

"Thats amazing babe! I am really proud of you! Wait till I tell the guys,they will freak!" He said as I heard him call them over. I heard some noise and heard Andy tell them the news and they all started cheering and claping.

"Well the guys are exited" Andy said laughing. I giggled and listend to them all scream in the background.

"Thank you guys" I said as I heard them calm down.

"They said I could be drafted..." I said as I glanced over at Brian who was staring straight ahead.

"Thats awesome! Good luck babe! Well I got to get back to pratice,I'll call you later." He said as I heard some noise and lost connection. I sighed and hung up and looked over at Brian.

"So that Andy kids good to you right?" He said flipping threw radio stations.

"Of course...Hes amazing" I said smiling to myself.

"Good,I dont want to have to beat him up." He said chuckling. I smiled and looked out my window when I heard another phone ring.

"Hey can you get this?" Brian said handing me his phone. I nodded and answered it.

"Hel-" I was cut off by a guys voice.

"BOYLE THANKS FOR THE STINK BOMB YOU LEFT IN MY ROOM BEFORE YOU LEFT REAL NICE" He screamed in the phone. I laughed and I heard the guy stop for a minute.

"This isnt Brian is it?" He said lowering him voice.

"No sorry,Hes driving so he had me answer." I said trying to figure out witch Ranger I was talking too.

"OHHH You must be Jylian! I'm Henrik...Lundqvist" He said sounding a bit more normal. My jaw dropped and I turned to Brian who saw my face and chuckled. I sat there frozed and handed Brian back his phone not knowing what to say.

"Hey Hank..Yeah sorry shes a bit star struck at the moment...Haha yeah guess so....Yup your welcome,glad you liked it! Yeah well I gotta go...Yup bye" He said before hanging up.

"Guessing you like him?" He asked chuckling. I nodded and he shuffed me playfully.

"Most girls do" He said sounding a bit more sad. I looked at his eyes and could tell he was jealous,or just sad that Henrik has luck with all the girls. I didnt understand why Brian didnt have luck,he was a good looking guy and knew how to treat a girl. I thought for a miniute but quickly leaned over and kissed his cheek. He took in a breath and I smirked as his cheeks turned red.

"You alwas could read my mind! You need to stop that!" He said laughing nervously. I giggled and punched his arm playfully. I looked back out the window as he pulled up at a gate.

"Brian,this isnt the hotel" I said looking around. He smirked and punched in a code before the gates opend.

"Brian seriously where are we?" I said looking around as he drove up a big hill.

"Calm down and trust me" He said as he pulled up to a good size mansion. I looked straight ahead as he pulled up to it and stopped.

"Welcome to my summer home!" He said swinging open his door and opening mine for me.

"Wow...This is amazing" I said as he lead me to the front door. He unlocked it and let me in.

"Its not much...Just a get away" He said throwing down his bag. I looked around at the nicley decorated house. He gave me a tour and stopped at his huge living room.

"What do you think?" He said as he ploped down on the couch.

"Its amazing!" I said sitting next to him. I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket and sighed. I pulled it out and looked at the unknown number.

"Hello?" I said looking at Brian who was turning on the tv.

"Hello Jylian,This is Peter Chiarelli." My jaw dropped and I stood up clearing my throat.

"Hello Sir,thank you for calling me but may I ask,why are you calling me?" I said as I paced back and forth.

"Well I had one of my scouts come down and watch you today and he said you had some real talent,and I didnt want to waste any more time to ask you if you would like to come vist with the team and have a pratice with the prospects. Plus the draft is coming up and you might have a good chance of being drafted." He said sounding very happy. I looked at Brian and I could tell he was trying to listen in on everything.

"Wow,thank you sir. I would love to come down and pratice!" I said sitting back down next to Brian so he could hear everything.

"Great! Well if you can come down tomorrow at lets say 8ish and we will get you started! It would be a pleasure to have you in our organzation" He said sounding happier than ever.

"Ok,sounds good! And trust me this is my dream! Thank you so much,I promise to be there at 8." I said grabbing a pen and writting it down on my hand.

"Alright! See you then." He said before hanging up. I hung up and jumped up and started screaming and jumping up and down. Brian chucjled and watched me go crazy.

"What happend!?" He said standing up and trying to calm me down.

"PETER CHAIRELLI WANTS ME TO COME DOWN AND MEET WITH THE TEAM AND PRATICE AND MAY DRAFT ME" I screamed. Brians mouth dropped and he pulled me into a hug.

"Thats amazing Jyli! Im so happy for you" He said hugging me tightly. I smiled and hugged him.

"Thank you...I cant believe this is happening" I said sitting down on the couch. Brian sat down next to me and smiled.

"I HAVE TO CALL MILAN!" I said pulling out my phone and dialing his number. It rang a few times and he finally answerd.

"Did peter call you!?" He said before I could even say anything.

"Yup!" I said and I heard him sigh in relief.

"Awesome! I saw the video of you that the scout took today and your amazing! You didnt tell me you were good at hockey!" He said chuckling. I smiled and sighed.

"Thank you...I didnt think I was NHL good! I thought maybe minors but that was it..." I said speaking the truth.

"No way! You are way to good for minors! Well you should get some sleep,big day tomorrow! Want me to pick you up?" He asked happily.

"That would be great!" I said as I told him my hotel and room number.

"Awesome! I'll pick you up around 7:30. Have a good night Jylian" He said before hanging up. I smiled and looked at the clock that read 8:30. I sighed and turned to Brian.

"Do you mind driving me back?" I asked. He shock his head and grabbed his car keys before leading me out to his car.

I climbed into bed trying not to wake Jenny who was sound asleep. I pulled the covers over myself and tossed and turned for awhile before getting comfy. I smiled to myself while thinking about everything that went on today when something hit me,

'Wait...Isnt the draft in 3 days!?'
