The best years of my life

Jamie's POV
I love having her in my arms while we're sleeping. I can't put it into words, but I love having her near by when I wake up. When we were on the road, she slept in my bed and in one of my old team shirts and when we could, I talked to her until she fell asleep either on the phone or facetime. "Morning, beautiful" I told her after she woke up. She looks so beautiful when she sleeps in the same bed and in my arms. "Morning. How long have you been up?" she asked stretching "not long, about 15 minutes" "You've been up for 15 minutes and you were probably staring at me sleeping" she said. "You look so amazing right after you wake up" I told her "I know, you tell me that every morning, even when you're out on the road" "Well it's true" and just like every morning, she squirmed out of my arms and went and got coffee.
Abby's POV
There's something that puts me at ease when Jamie wraps his arms around me and we fall asleep. I know it makes him feel better and no worry about me when he's on the road knowing that I sleep in his bed and in one of his shirts. There has been some times where we fall alseep on the phone or over face time. "Morning, beautiful" I heard. "Morning. How long have you been up?" I asked stretching "not long, about 15 minutes."
