Not Just one Year

The week was okay, still covering the team, do the interview be near of the guys.
Sid and Geno were close to me every time, I don't know if they think of me at a friends or a little sister or something like that. I didn't want to ask about it.
Every day I had lots of texts on them.
Before and after the training and was also invited at some night with them.

And also some day I have seen Sidney at the home of Mario, I knew he was still near of them.
But I will be always surprised that the morning when I'm not always in a good mood because I think I will never do well with the jet lag. And he talks to me and talk to me again.
He has told me about that like me, he doesn't do well as bar or nightclub, and that he prefers to rest home for doing stuff or things like that.
I was also invited at his home where we talked and played video games, sometimes he invited Geno around.
This was great.

My job was okay, even if little by little, I had some offer and some things send to me for that I do reviews or translate. I also know that I had soon to go in Hong Kong have my last affair from being totally okay.

It was like this until the start of the season where, one night Geno have invited me for dinner, we have gone to one restaurant.
We talked about lots of stuff, he invited me at also watch a movie with him. Then after the movie he kissed me, I was surprised, but kissed him back.

"I know we know each other since a not long time, but you are my friend and I want to date you, because you are a great girl, and I think I love you"
I kissed him, then I had to tell him that I wanted to wait to do more like sex, he said he can wait and he respects that.
I have also also tell him about my ex/exes. But not all the details maybe later.
He takes me home where he kissed me again.
I was really happy, I was crying, when i closed the door...

The next day at training, Geno has kissed me, he didn't want to hide the fact that we were together. But we said that we wait a little for telling everyone.
Geno was so happy during the training, I was happy.
At the end of training, he said to me, "Come at my home?"
"Oh, I'm sorry I have to do a review about something else"
"Oh?"
"Yeah, I'm a journalist also for other sports so I had to cover that"
"No problem, but we can text"
"Of course"

He kissed me again.
The fact that I wanted to wait to say our relationship, is is because I wanted to wait to see if it's being serious.
Because he is also one of my close friends. For two months that I'm here I'm close to him and Sid.
And I didn't want that it changes.

This day I had to review one game in England for Premier League.
It was nice to review this, even if it has bring me back memories of my ex girlfriend who is a player in British soccer, we have ended things because because she used me for her promotion and didn't want to come out. She is still a friend, but it's so hard.

Tomorrow will be the first game of NHL that I will review...
