Benn There, Done That

Cory had lived in Dallas for a few years, moving away from Boston after attending college. With no job lined up and no friends, she figured her time there would be rough, but she was ready for something new and exciting.

The last thing Cory expected to happen was for her to meet two professional hockey players her first night in town. She wasn't a big fan of the game, but she knew these two faces, especially considering one used to be spread all over her city.

Contrary to the teasing she received from her friends at home and the few friends she had made in Dallas, she had not immediately jumped into bed with either Jamie Benn or Tyler Seguin. Unless you count the time she and Jamie had to carry a very drunk Tyler up to his bed.

Settled into her new life and adjusting to her job at a local news station, Cory felt like she was finally at the top of her game. She hoped it would stay that way. And, who knows? Maybe it would.
