Why Are You So Obsessed With Me?

It was getting close to Friday and all I have been doing is reading and tanning. This is helping me a lot to get away from everything. Jane and I are going to a club that she heard about and she wants to go. I though it was weird that she wants to go on a Thursday when we are going to another party on Friday. Man I am getting old. I was wearing a nice black dress with white heels on.


The place was called, Long Beach. It was amazing inside, they were playing good music and all I could think that if Brandon ever come here. We were having a great time and I though the music wouldn't stop. I went to get a drink and I couldn't find Jane at all. Trying to look for her was a mess, there were a lot of people and I need to find one. Once I found her I had to roll my eyes, she was making out with a guy. Great now she's drunk and I know what she's going to do now. When I reach for her, I just told her that I was going to leave. She didn't care in the world if I leave or not. In the morning she's going to be so hungover and not going to like it. While I was walking to find a taxi, I felt someone following me and I am not liking it at all. I look behind me and there was no one there. When I got a taxi, now I could see someone wearing a hoodie and my heart stop. I know that hoodie any where. It was a black hoodie with the Miami Heat logo. Hunter loves the Heat. I jump into the taxi and told him where I live and told him to speed it up. While going back home I was thinking to myself the reason that can't be Hunter. I told my friends and family not to tell him where I am. When the driver pulled up, I handed him the money and went inside. I put on my sweats and a University os Pitt shirt. When I was done getting ready for bed. I was sitting on my porch and watching the moon.
"Tyler!" I look around and I see that Brandon was on his porch. He waved at me. I wave back.
"You want to come over and have a drink with me?"
"Sure." I grab my shoes and walk over.
"So I have bud, Miller or Blue Moon."
"I'll just take a water, I just came home from the club. I had to leave Jane was making out with a guy and it was to much for me. The worst part when I was getting a taxi, I though I saw Hunter."
"Wow! Where did you go?"
"Long Beach."
"That's where my buddies went too, I wasn't in the mood to go. I don't like huge crowds." I laugh a little.
"What's so funny?"
"Well I think it's funny that you play hockey and you have a lot of people watching you."
"It's not like that at all, I just don't like a lot of people around me." I nodded his head.
"It's a great night tonight." I shiver a little and then I could feel him put his hoodie on me.
"Here you need this more than me."
"Thanks.” For the rest of the night we sat on his porch and watch the clouds float across the moon. It was a nice night and coming home sooner was the best idea ever. Brandon and I talked about other normal things about us. I laugh at the stories he was telling me about his team mates and what they do on the road. How he has to kept his eyes wide open so he won’t get prank. Then he told me about his family. How that his dad and uncle were hockey players and one of them is a coach of the Kings. I didn’t want this night to end but my eyes couldn’t even stay open. Brandon walked me over to my porch and told me good night.

In the morning, I peek into Jane's room and I was right. She slept with the guy that she was making out at the club. I rolled my eyes and when I poor myself coffee, I look out of the window and I see that Brandon was waiting for me to get my coffee. He lift his up and so I did with mine. Back up on my porch, drink my coffee and reading my book.
"When did you leave last night?" I look up and Jane was wearing sunglasses and you can read her face that she has a huge hangover.
"Right after you were in a huge make out session with that guy that you slept with. Do you even thou his name?"
"Rob, Mike, I don't remember. He said that he's a friend of Brandon. He told me that Brandon didn't come."
"That's right, when I came home and I was watching the moon. He was outside doing the same thing. I went over there and we talk."
“I think that this summer is going to be the best for you Tyler and I promise you that. Anyway I’m going to take a shower, hope my head won't make me dizzy."
"By the way, I though I saw Hunter last night."
"Hunter is in LA for some movie college thing, I don't think that he could be here. You see weird things when you’re drunk."
"But I saw this guy wearing the same Heat hoodie that Hunter wears a lot and I didn’t drink that much last night."
"He's not the only guy that likes the Heat." That's true.

I was getting dress when I heard Jane yelled.
“Brandon’s here, hurry up!”
“Coming!” When I came down he looked like he got some sun today. When we walked over to the bon fire and the fire was a little bigger than last week.
"This time I will stay away from the volleyball net." He laugh a little. Brandon stay with me the whole night. I met his friends and we were having a great time. One of the guys that I met look like the guy that Jane slept with.
"What's your name?"
"It's Dave."
"Did you sleep with a girl name Jane last night?" He nodded his head. Man, Jane was really drunk if she didn't know his name. Then my heart stop when I heard my favorite song play. I grab Brandon's hand and went closer to the DJ.
"I love this song!" It's Hunter Hayes "Let's Be Crazy". He dance with me and I was having a blast night. At the end of the song, Brandon grab my hand this time and we walk close to the water. We walk far away from the party, I think he wants to spend more time with me, only me. He was holding my hand and it was amazing.
"Was this bon fire better than the last one?" He ask.
"It was ten times better."
"I want to do something crazy."
"What kind of crazy-." Then he cut me off by placing his lips onto mine. It was the most amazing kiss ever. When his lips part from mine, I could now let go of my breath. Is this real? A guy that I am liking now, kiss me first. I always wanted that from a guy. Then he pick me up bridal style and now running into the beach.
"Brandon!!" I scream, the water was icy and now I am wet. I push him more into the water and he slam his body on to mine and place his lips on to mine again. When I was free, I was running out of the water and running to the fire to warm up. Hands in front of the fire bit and I was shaking from how cold the water was. Then I felt someone put a towel on my shoulders.
"Sorry about that, I didn't know that the water was going to be that cold." Brandon wrap his arm around me and pull me in closer.
"I though that was kinda of fun." I yawn.
"Let's take you home, I am getting tired to." When we were walking away.
"Brandon, well come over with the beer in 10 minutes." I heard one of his friends said, great not again.
"Na man, I am too tried for beer and you. See you later." Thank god, I think he read my mind.
"Your welcome." He whisper in my ear. He walk me up to my back porch.
"We should do this again."
"Yeah, we should."
"So what are you doing tomorrow?"
"Nothing, what do you have in mind?"
"Pick you up at 6:30, wear jeans and a shirt." He kiss my cheek and left. When I got inside, I took a shower and when I was walking to my bed. Jane scared me, she was sitting in my bed and she was waiting for me. I scream when I didn't know who it was.
"Jane! Don't do that to me!"
"Sorry, so how did it go tonight?"
"I had a great time and." I told her everything. When I told her about when Brandon kiss me first, her eyes went big.
"I kinda figure when you met you the first time. He likes you a lot. Did he tell you what your going to do tomorrow.
"Nope, just jeans and shirt. So leave I need sleep."
