Move Over
Chapter Twenty-Seven: Lord Stanley and Marriage!
"Are you ready, my love?" Tuukka whispered in my ear as we walked out to the last game 7 this season.
Yes, me and Tuukka brought Boston to the Stanley cup playoffs against the Avalanche. I was playing this game because, well.....we flipped on it and I won. We were both hot, steaming actually, and Claude couldn't decide which one of us was more worthy so, we flipped for it. My nerves were killing me, I knew I could do it. I really knew it and so did every man on this team.
"Damn straight" I muttered and huffed in a breath.
"Remember what I said, just think of home," His voice said calmly, and I basked in it. I nodded and thought of my first glove save. I was so proud, my friend was so frustrated because after I mastered the splits, no one could get past me and my hand-me down pads.
We all huddled in the middle of the dressing room, in Denver, Colorado.
"Who are we, men?!" Chara yelled, seeming to shake the room.
He stared at me deeply, "BIG BAD BRUINS!" we all screamed.
"Who is our lords and saviours?!"
"Lord Bobby, Cam, and Ray!" I swear our screams could be heard from Boston, we were so loud. We all glanced at each other, until all their gazes landed on me.
"And who's going to bring us to the cup?" Chara asked, in his normal deep voice.
"Lightning" they cheered, and I turned deep red. I just shook my head and broke the huddle, going out the dressing room to the hallway. My team followed me out to the ice, towards our destiny.
It was like deja vu. I thrusted the cup over my head, passing it to my fellow players. 5-3, my assist record was broken, I had 5 assists this game. Yes, I know, amazing. Tuukka and everyone else, including Duchene said it. My smile hadn't left my face since the final buzzer had sounded. I watched as the Av's skated to their dressing room, disappointed looks across their faces. I passed Lord Stanley to Bergeron and skated over to Varlamov, my opposing goaltender.
"Hey, good game, dude" I held out my hand and he shook it, a broad smile across his face.
"You know, every player has some sort of respect for you. Including me, thank you" His accent was thicker than Geno's but I just smiled brightly, hugged him and patted him on the back.
"Good luck next season" He nodded, and continued skating to his bench.
"You did it, babe!" Tuukka yelled over the screams of fans and cheering of my team.
I didn't respond, just jumped on him. I kissed him with the same passion and lust as he did the night I had met his parents. I hadn't kissed someone like that in my lifetime, Tuukka was the one for me and we knew it.
Tuukka pulled back, unexpectedly. I gave him a confused look. He smiled.
"The moment I saw you, I knew you were something special, Alek," He pulled a small black box out his goalie pads and twisted it through his fingers.
My eyes teared up, "I love you so much and I want to spend the rest of my life with you"
He got down on one knee and sighed, "I guess what I'm trying to say is,"
He paused, "Aleksandra Carita Lehto, tuletko vaimokseni?" I bite my lip, holding back tears. By this time, every pair of eyes were on us.
I nodded, I couldn't speak "Kyllä!"
{will you marry me?} and {yes}
Then the announcer said,
"Ladies and Gentlemen, I believe there is going to be a marriage of two bruins" And once again everyone cheered, even the Av's fans.
"I love you so much, Tuukka" I mumbled, tears streaming down my face like free rivers.
"I love you so much, too"

But it doesn't matter, what matters is that we are a community of hockey loving girls from all over the world. I know i've met a girl from Finland, she's so nice. Anywhore, get back to writing stories and reading them.Read this shit ^
I know, i really suck at great endings and i didn't want it to end either, but i literally had zero ideas
