Physical Therapy

I groaned and reached my arms up over my head, stretching the muscles and squeezing my hands into fists. Sun shone through the window and I turned to set my feet on the ground, settling my eyes on the bedside table.

A small cupcake sat next to my alarm clock, bright pink frosting with silver sprinkles. I couldn't help but smile as I reached out and ran my finger through the icing, popping it into my mouth and shivering at the sweet taste.

"Good?" I jumped and turned around, smiling at Reilly as he stood in the doorway. He returned the grin and came over, leaning down to kiss my forehead and then my lips. "Happy Birthday baby," he murmured, his mouth close against mine. It was the first bit of intimacy we'd shared in so long and I thought I felt tears sting the back of my eyes. He gently pushed me back onto the bed and I slid my hands over his torso.

Reilly's fingers danced over my thighs, finding the band of my thong and tracing it towards my core. I reached up and took his face in my hands, running them over his hair and down the back of his neck as he slid my panties down my legs. Within seconds, he had his knee between my legs and the friction building.

I whined as he bit my bottom lip before sliding off of the bed and settling between my knees, pulling my leg up to massage my calf lightly.

"Oh, Reilly..."

He chuckled and pressed a kiss to the inside of my ankle. "Tell me what you want, Shay." He rubbed his stubbly chin over the back of my knee and I squealed in delight.

"Reilly, I want you." I rubbed my thighs together and squeezed my eyes shut, my voice cracking a bit. "I've missed you so much." He reached up and took my hand in his, giving it a soft squeeze before standing up. I felt his hands on my face and heard him mumble my name before he kissed me, long and deep.

"Hey," he pulled away slowly, "I missed you too. I'm sorry Shay."

We shared a moment before he kissed me again - dirtier this time - and I got a glimpse of the old us, I felt it all the way to my toes. Reilly groaned as I lifted my hips up to him, grinding against his package and digging my nails into his back.

"Shay, baby... it's been too long." He traced the velvet soft skin of my folds and I melted under him. His callous hands on my body felt brand new and it was like the first time again, jolts of electricity with every stroke and every kiss.

Back between my knees, his lips found my core and I was dizzy with ecstasy. His tongue danced circles around me, around the pearl at the apex of my thighs and I cried out with a voice I didn't recognize as my own. Reilly wrapped an arm around my hips to keep me in place and used his free hand to slid two fingers into my slick channel as I neared my orgasm whispering his name.

"Oh, fu- Reilly!" My thighs were shaking and my toes curled when I came, clamping my thighs around his head and groaning. He smiled and squeezed my ass, turning to kiss the curve of my hip before looking up at me.

"You alright?"

"Yeah," I tried, and failed, to lean up on my elbows to look at him. He leaned forward and brushed my hair back, kissing my forehead softly.

"Dinner tonight?" I nodded and he continued. "Good. I think you're gonna like your present."

"I thought that was my present." He shook his head an made his way towards the door, whistling on the way out. "Reilly? What did you get me?"

"Just gonna have to wait until tonight!"
