It all started in Dallas

You woke up in the morning feeling physically tired but happy. You looked over to see Sid sound asleep, you checked the clock to see that it was 11 am. You looked at Sid and studied his facial features how innocent he looked sleeping, you caressed his soft curls as he began to awaken.
"Well good morning beautiful" he said groggily.
"Good morning baby"
"How'd you sleep?"
"Good, just physically tired hahah"
"Sorry not sorry about that" he teased
"Whatever" you playfully smacked him.
Sid got up to give you a kiss on your forehead and then went to brush his teeth. You realized you didn't think to bring any extra but when you walked into the bathroom you saw that Sid had laid an extra toothbrush for you. While you showered Sid went downstairs to cook breakfast. You realized that you were also a bit sore due to the fact that you hadn't had sex in more than 2 years. You went downstairs in Sid's extra pair of clothes to smell delicious pancakes that Sid was making.
"Soo.." he started saying, "I just wanted to tell you that I'm glad you trust me well enough to take this next step with me, I know how much it means to you" he said as he finished cooking, "and I really want to tell you something" he said nervously as he walked towards you.
"Yeah?" you asked hesitantly
"I love you" he said as he kissed you
"I love you too Sidney" you replied with a huge smile on your face

When you arrived to work the next day you had the biggest smile on your face that you couldn't hide. Of course your buddies noticed, you were always cheerful but they noticed something different about you.. You and Jake had a pretty easy day patrollin around the city as you guys headed out to Casey's house to hangout with the others. You and Jake were watching the Pens game as they were away.
"What's goin' on with you darlin', you look more happy than ever?" he asked as he took a sip of his beer
"Nothing, life is just finally tyin' in together for the best" you said vaguely, Jake knew you best to why he pushed, "Anything to do with Sid?" he asked with a smirk
"Well yeah, he told me that he loved me" you said as you looked at Jake with tears in your eyes, "I'm scared Jake, he's everything I've wanted and more, now that I have him I'm afraid of losing him. I'm giving everythin' that I can with him" you said shyly. "Come on here don't cry about it though" Jake chuckled, "look I know it hasn't been easy for you to give yourself in to others but I'm tellin' I'm so sure he's the one for you" Jake said as he comforted you, "now please wear protection at all times, I don't want to lose my partner because the Cros knocked her up hahaha!" "Really Jake?!" you said as you blushed but couldn't laugh about it.
"It's not happening anytime soon Jake" you said sure of yourself.
