Savannah had pushed that phone call to the back of her mind, knowing she had no other choice. She hadn't even mentioned it to Dominic or Liam, knowing she'd want to do more investigating if they got involved. But, right now, she needed to focus on Shea's wedding that was just a few hours away.

She had sent Tyler off to Winnipeg with some of the best sex he'd ever had, making sure he'd remembered not to even think of cheating on her while he was away. Now she was sitting getting her hair done before the wedding after having brunch with Alex and Shea, the last time as three unmarried women.

She saw Alex glance at her phone. "Game started?" Savannah asked.

"Starts in a couple of minutes," Alex answered.

"Turn it on," Shea told them.

"Huh?" Alex questioned.

"The game. It's on NBC. Turn it on," Shea repeated. When neither girl moved, Shea took it upon herself to grab the remote for the television in the room and turned it on. Immediately, Jamie was on the screen, being interviewed. "Perfect timing," she smiled, just as there was a knock on the door and her mother suddenly answered.

"Who's winning?" Mae asked, motioning towards the game.

Shea laughed. "It hasn't started yet, Mom," she told her. "Where'd you leave Dad?"

"Oh, he's off somewhere," Mae waved her hand. "Oh honey, look how beautiful you are!" she exclaimed, pulling her daughter into a hug. "I couldn't be more proud to call you my daughter," she added, and Savannah smiled at the sweet moment. This was why she loved her mother so much. Sure, she was loud and intrusive sometimes, but she and their father were the best parents anyone could ask for.

"I love you, Mom," Shea told her.

"Audrey is the luckiest person in the world to be marrying you," Mae smiled. Shea smiled back before spinning around when she heard commotion coming from the television.

"Ah! Jamie!" Shea exclaimed when they replayed the goal he had just scored. "With an assist by Seguin! The boys are giving me the best wedding present," she grinned.

Savannah laughed as she nodded her head. "Yes, your wedding, so let's focus on that!" she told her. "Alex and I got you something," she told her sister.

Alex stood up from her seat to grab a small bag from her purse. She handed it to Shea, who looked curiously at her friends. "Open it!" Alex urged. Shea quickly unwrapped it, finding a bracelet inside that was a replica from a set of bracelets the three of them had gotten one summer during high school. At some point during all her moving during college, Shea had lost hers. She had been heartbroken at the time. So when Alex had found an exact lookalike a few days ago, she and Savannah knew they had to purchase it.

"How did you guys find this?" Shea asked, her voice barely above a whisper due to being so emotional.

"Well, let's just start with a little truth. This isn't the original one. We don't think, at least," Savannah began.

"But I found an identical one, and Van and I knew that you needed it for the wedding. Because even though you're going to be with Audrey for the rest of your life, you're still a part of the original threesome."

"If Tyler were here, he'd have a field day with what you just said," Shea laughed, knowing
Tyler loved to make innocent things sound dirty.

The three of them laughed until Mae came over and interrupted. "Girls, that is the sweetest thing ever. I'm so happy you have each other!"

"Ditto, Mom," Shea smiled, tears stinging her eyes. "Damn it, you're gonna make me cry," she told Savannah and Alex. "Can't we just go back to watching the game?" she asked with a laugh. She turned her attention towards the television, seeing the score was still 1-0. "I'm just waiting for one of you to get married next."

"Alex for sure," Savannah spoke. Alex went to argue, but Savannah cut her off. "But first, we have a wedding today," she turned the attention back to Shea.

The next few hours passed by in a rush for Savannah. The three women, along with Mae, finished getting ready. Shea looked absolutely gorgeous in her dress. And, she refused to leave the room for the wedding until the final score of the game. Fortunately for everyone, the game didn't go into overtime, and the Stars won 4-0, just before the wedding was officially supposed to start. "Guess Jamie and Segs will be in a good mood when they get to the reception," Shea joked as she finally agreed to leave and get married.

Alex photographed every moment from the time Shea left the room through the nuptials. Savannah got to stand next to her sister as she officially became a wife to Audrey, and she was the first one to congratulate the newlyweds.

They took a few pictures as a wedding party, complete with Audrey's maid of honor, who was one of Savannah's favorite people at the wedding. They got some family pictures with both sets of parents. And finally, they were off to the reception.

Audrey and Shea had gone with a sit down dinner, and Savannah got to sit at the head table with them and Alex. Shea had convinced Alex to enjoy the reception and allow her assistant to do the photos there. This was the first time Savannah had a chance to check her phone, and she saw a couple of missed texts from Tyler. The last one made her smile. Plane's about to take off. Save a dance for me :)

The text was sent over an hour ago, though she wasn't sure exactly when the boys would make it back to Dallas. They finished dinner, and Savannah watched Audrey and Shea share their first dance together. Other couples soon joined in afterwards, but Alex and Savannah stayed back at the table.

A man that Savannah didn't know came over to the table and asked her to dance. She was about to politely say no to the rather attractive man when someone else responded first.

"Sorry, but I believe I already asked her first." She looked over to see Tyler standing behind the man in front of her, and a smile spread across her face.

"Sorry," she told the man standing between them. "I owe him a dance, though," she pointed to Tyler. The other man shrugged before walking away. "Where's Jamie?" she asked Tyler quickly.

"Uh wow. Your boyfriend gets here and all you can ask about is Captain?"

Savannah rolled her eyes. "So that Alex doesn't have to dance with that guy," she said, already seeing the man set his eyes on Alex, who was sitting on the other end of the table, talking to one of Shea's coworkers.

"Oh, don't worry about that," Tyler said, but it was too late. The man had already reached Alex. Savannah was about to intrude and save her, but Tyler bumped her and pointed towards the door, where Jamie was walking in. Half the girls in the room seemed to notice him walking in and all stared at him, but he had a one track line of sight to Alex.

Surprising even Savannah, he easily pushed past the man who was hitting on his girlfriend as if the man wasn't even there. Jamie reached his hand out and offered Alex a dance. Savannah had never seen Alex smile so big, as she accepted, telling him how handsome he looked.

"Damn, you two have some pretty good timing," Savannah commented as he pulled her over to the dance floor. "You look really good, too," she added, really taking a look at his suit that fit him perfectly.

Tyler looked her up and down. "You look gorgeous," he replied sincerely. Shea had done a good job picking out the bridesmaids dresses, and Savannah had to admit she liked the one she was wearing. She was thankful she was allowed to take off her wrist and knee brace for the wedding, though she had been warned several times that she needed to be careful not to dance too much and make her knee flare up.

"Congrats on the win," she told him. "So you get a couple of days off before your next game?"

Tyler nodded his head, his hands moving a little lower on her back as they swayed and danced. "A couple more nights to spend with you. No more mysterious phone calls?"

She laughed. "No, you must have stayed faithful this trip," she joked.

"I couldn't get my mind off of you after the other night," he admitted.

"Good, my plan worked like a charm then," she winked.

"How was the wedding?" he changed subjects as they continued to sway in sync.

Savannah's smile widened, remembering just how beautiful it was. "Perfect. Seriously, you'll have to see the pictures later, but they're made for each other," she glanced over at her sister, just as the song was ending. Here dad was moving over to get a dance with Shea, while Mae started Savannah's way.

"Mom," Savannah began but was shocked when she pushed past her daughter.

"I'm here to dance with this lovely man of yours, not you," Mae told her, smiling at Tyler.

Savannah couldn't help but laugh, while Tyler took Mae's hand and grinned at Savannah over Mae's head. She rolled her eyes and put her hands on her hips, watching her boyfriend go dance with her mother. Only Tyler would get a kick out of this like he was.

Savannah took the opportunity to go take a seat for a moment, realizing her knee wasn't quite ready for all the standing and dancing, just as her doctor had warned her. It wasn't too long before she had company. "Where's Alex?" she asked Jamie as he sat down in the seat next to her. She had propped her leg up on the chair on her other side.

"Don't want my company?" Jamie asked, feigning being offended.

"I always want your company," she assured him. "Congrats on the win, by the way," she added, and he had a big smile on his face. "I know Alex was thrilled, too." She saw Alex standing with Audrey's cousin, laughing at something he was saying. Jamie's eyes followed her gaze to his girlfriend. He didn't look upset or jealous at all, and Savannah knew he trusted Alex completely. "You've got a good catch. Don't let her go," Savannah told him.

Jamie turned his head to look at her. "Should I be worried?" he asked with a slight nervous laugh.

"Nah," Savannah shook her head. "Unless that guy over there makes a move on her. He's been eyeing her all night," she joked, but Jamie didn't get the underlying humor. Instead, she suddenly saw his jealous side peek through, and she tried to contain her laughter. She put her hand on his forearm. "Calm down, Captain, she loves you."

"Excuse me," Jamie pushed his chair out, moving towards Alex at a quickened pace. Savannah had no doubt Alex would be getting some action tonight.

His seat didn't stay vacant for too long as Tyler snuck in. "Your mom likes me," he sang with a big grin on his face.

"She likes everyone," Savannah pointed out, deflating him just a bit, but he was quick to recover.

"Your knee bothering you?" he asked, motioning to her leg that was still propped up.

"Nah," she shrugged it off. "Just needed a little rest. I've still got the rest of the night to go," she told him.

"Good," he smiled. "Because it's time to party," he reached his hand out. She accepted as he pulled her over to the bar and each of them downed a shot of Jack Daniels before heading to the dance floor. It was going to be a long night for the both of them.

Notes

Little bit of a shorter chapter there. But, the wedding went off without a hitch!
