Destiny Sander is a die hard Blackhawks fan, and her one goal is to go to the UC for her birthday to see her favorite player, Patrick Kane. When her 20th birthday comes, however, she finds out that just like in previous years, there isn't a game on her special day. But Destiny's friends and family have something big planned for her in Chicago for her birthday.Maybe even with her ruined game plan, Destiny's birthday won't be so bad after all.

1. Part One - I Wonder

   Destiny spends the day before her birthday watching a Hawks game and wonders what her birthday surprise will be.

2. Part Two - The Big Reveal

   Destiny's birthday comes and she heads to Chicago with her friends to find out what they have planned for her.

3. Part Three - More Surprises

   Destiny finds out why her friends have taken her to the United Center and more surprises are revealed.

4. Part Four - Butterflies

   Destiny meets the Chicago Blackhawks and starts to become suspicious of Kane.

5. Part Five - Sparks Fly

   Destiny and Patrick start to discover their feelings for each other.

6. Part Six - Score!

   Desiny and her friends play some hockey with the team and Patrick gives Destiny a special birthday present.

7. Part Seven - Objectives

   Destiny and Patrick discuss their moment with their friends and try to figure out what to do about their feelings for each other.

8. Part Eight - Birthday Gifts

   The party gets exciting as everyone lets loose on the dancefloor and Destiny opens her presents, including the special surprise the team has for her.

9. Part Nine - All Good Things Must End

   Destiny and her friends dance and skate until the party is over and they head to a hotel to sleep.

10. Part Ten - Game Time

    Destiny and her friends do some shopping and then head back to the UC for the Hawks game.

11. Part Eleven - Time To Win

    The Hawks play against the Red Wings at the UC

12. Part Twelve - Post Game Jitters

    Destiny and her friends visit the players after the game and Patrick and Destiny become closer.

13. Epilogue - One Goal Achieved

    Destiny and Patrick go through four years together and they realize what their true goal in life is.
