agree... I just feel that Jon might not remember his feelings for his wife as strong or just not be able to wrap his mind around the differences in the household over the year he was in the coma

I agree, she didn't initiate anything. There is still a chance Jon might wake up and unless he is god forbid 6 feet under or wakes up and doesn't want a relationship. They are each others.

I don't think that it would be cheating because she didn't initiate the kiss... But I don't think that her and patrick should get together. Her and Jon have the perfect relationship.
