I had bikini top underneath my crop top shirt. I was also wearing a pair of short-shorts. My blonde hair was bouncing on my back. My sunglasses were loosely resting on the bride of my nose.

My dog was on his usual leash. I walked along the shore, letting my feet get wet when the waves would come up. Tucker was trying to pull me farther into the ocean, but I used all of my strength to keep him from going in to far. Every time he would try lap up water with his tongue he would wince. The taste wasn't for him. It made me giggle every time he did it.

"Come on buddy, mommy wants to stop in at the stores. If you're good I'll grab you a treat," I cooed with a baby voice.

We ran up to the boardwalk stores and found ourselves looking in stores. There were a couple of things I loved about coming to the beach and one of them was that plenty of people knew us. Another thing I loved was that they allowed Tucker into some of the shops.

I was looking at bathing suits. I held up one, debating whether I would look good in it or not. I started pulling more off of the racks. I couldn't make up my mind.

"I think that's a good one," I heard someone say behind me. I was startled a little bit. I spun around to see a tall dark haired guy standing there. He was wearing a beach tank top and some kaki shorts. I had to admit that his biceps were pretty big and impressive.

"Uh, who are you?" I asked, taking off my shades. I let them rest on the collar of my shirt.

"Ryan."

My mouth hung open a little bit. "Wait, wait... O'Byrne?"

"You know who I am?"

"No, my friend is completely in love with you. She mentioned you in the past before. I remember her telling me how attractive you were," I gushed.

He grinned at me. "Is she pretty like you?" He asked. I brushed the compliment off, knowing I had a serious boyfriend and I cared about him a lot.

"Yeah, she's gorgeous." I pulled out my phone from my back pocket. "What are you doing here, in Florida? I know you guys played here, but I would have expected for you guys to head back to Colorado this morning or last night?"

"We don't have a game for another four days, so we all stayed a day longer. We're on a small vacation."

"Do you think that if I was to call my friend right now, you would meet her?" I asked, getting a little giddy. I knew if I did this for Sarah, she would be the happiest girl in the world.

"Yeah sure, but you have to grab a bite to eat with me and my buddies," He implied with a smirk.

I thought about it for a while before dialing Sarah's number. If I was to go out with a big group of guys it wasn't considered a date. Plus, there would be no funny business.

"Okay, let me call her." I dialed her number and let it ring for a little while. I knew she would be at the clinic right now. Sarah always stayed later than needed.

"Miami Beach Evanston Animal Clinic."

"Sarah, it's Kendall! You won't believe who I am with right now!" I told her.

I gripped the leash a little tighter because Tucker was getting impatient with me. I seen Ryan eyeing the dog for a while, so I gave him a small nod to let him know that he can pet him.

"Ryan Gosling?"

"No, Ryan O'Byrne, the guy you like remember!" I heard Ryan's soft chuckle. He was now kneeling in front of me, petting the Rottweiler.

She screamed into the speaker, "You're kidding right?"

"No, I swear and he said we can grab a bite to eat with him and his friends. So get your ass down here in some beachwear!" I ordered.

"Give me like fifteen minutes, I have to run to the house to get changed."

"Okay, meet us at..." I trailed off, looking at Ryan for an answer.

"That shack called Surf's Body," He responded.

"Surf's Up, the one next to Beach Bodies."

"Okay," She replied and hung up.

He stood up straight. "So, we should probably walk down that way because I told the guys I'd meet them at the shack in a couple of minutes. I was just getting a gift for my younger sister," He explained.

"Aw, that's nice of you." I followed him out of the store and onto the boardwalk.

"So, what's your dog's name?" He asked, glancing down at Tucker.

"Tucker."

"Nice name." He gave me a small smile. "So, is your friend going to be long?" He asked.

"No, she was at our clinic. It's about a ten minute walk from here, and our house is like a five minute walk away. We always come to the beach," I told him.

"I'm so jealous. Miami Beach is gorgeous. If I could live here for the rest of my life, I definitely would. The people are nice, the girls are hot and the weather is beautiful."

"So please explain to me what Beach Bodies is. To me it sounds very sexual and my type of thing," His seductive grin made me chuckle.

"It's like a club and there are usually a lot of girls showing quite a bit of skin there. It's also a shop. They sell bathing suits, towels, and some other accessories. The club is actually one of my favorite's in the area. I hardly go, but when I do go out it's to Beach Bodies."

"I was right. It does sound like my type of scene," He joked.

I placed my sunglasses on my face.
