Chapter 21: Lets start a Family!
*Patricks' POV*
I woke up around 8. I was so fucking tired! I had no idea why I was in Tazers room, but I turned to the table to see a advil and gatorade, so I decided to take them just in case. Once I got up and went to the bathroom and brushed my teeth I walked into the kitchen to make myself some food. I noticed Jonny and Christian asleep on the couches, Christian had an icepack on his shoulder and pillows around him. Jonny was out cold, I went to wake up Jonny, but he wouldn't wake up, so I had to get Christian up.

Patrick kneeled next to his brother, "Christian, buddy, you gotta take your pain meds."
Christian got up slowly and held his shoulder, "Can I have another icepack as well?"
"Yeah I'm going to make you something to eat to. What do you want?" Pat asked
"Waffles!" Christian said
"Can you guys not be loud and annoying! Some people are trying to sleep here!" Jon yelled at them.
"Sorry JJ." Christian said as he took his pain meds
"JJ?" Jon asked
"its shorter than Jon, Jonathan, Toews, Tazer, and Taze." Christian said and Jon agreed
Gina walked into the room and Jon and Christian noticed, "Hey Christian, wanna go help me clean my room?" Jon asked
"Ew. No." Christian said
"Christian. Room. Now." Jon hinted
Christian reluctantly followed him.
"Are they alright?" Gina asked walking up to Pat giving him a kiss.
Pat shook his head no and said, "Babe. I need to talk with you."
Gina started to worry, "Whats wrong? Does Christian need to go back to the hospital?"
"No. I mean he's fine. When I was out last night, I sorta made out with some girl. I was really drunk, and I swear I tried to not do anything. The guys kept telling me to just talk with her and I didn't want to. They got alcohol in my system, and you know how that is. I'm sorry Gina! I love you to death and I wouldn't want to ever lose you!" Pat said looking at her.
Gina looked extremely upset, "If you swear all you did was kiss her, then I guess I can forgive you, but you have to swear it was only a kiss! Nothing more!"
"I swear to you it was only a kiss and nothing else!" Pat said holding her
"Then I forgive you. Let that be 1 of your birthday presents for today! You're lucky!" Gina said
Pat looked at her, "Its not my birthday. I was born November 19th, its the 17th."
"Really? So you don't want to have me all to your self tonight? Check your phone babe. It's the 19th." She said as he pulled her into him.
"Well then, what plans do you have for today?" Pat said smiling like a 5 year old.
"Something you will greatly enjoy!" Gina said teasing him as she walked away
"Wait! YOU CAN'T DO THAT!" Pat yelled
Christian and Jon walked back into the room, "You alright?" Christian asked
"Yeah." Pat said giving Christian his food.
"Da-I mean Pat. Um I'm going to go do my school work." Christian walked out of the room and went into his room.
"Did he almost just call you dad?" Jon asked
Pat nodded his head, "I think so…. What do I do?"
"I don't know. By the way, Happy birthday Faggot!" Jon said hitting Kane in the gut.
"UHHH Fuck you!" Pat leaned over in pain.
*Christians' POV*
My brother woke me up to give me pain meds. I'm so thankful that my heart isn't hurting me, but my shoulder and chest hurt soooo much! When Gina walked into the room I was waiting for a fight to happen, but Jon told me to go to his room with him and he sat there telling me it was my brothers birthday and that I had to be nice and listen to him…. Probably not going to happen. Anyways, I had been thinking about my parents a lot lately because of my surgery, and I may have almost called my brother, dad……. I walked into my room and laid on my bed covering my face. I didn't want to look to see my brothers facial expression. I just hope he doesn't put two-and-two together. I got ready to go out with Jon and a few guys on the team to get my brother a present.

"Little man! You ready to go?" Jon yelled
"Yeah! Where's my sling? My shoulder's sore." Christian said walking into the front room
"Here. Now lets go. Bye Pat, Bye Gina!" Jon said tossing him then sling.
Jon and Christian met up with Sharp, Shaw, Bicks, Bollig, Crow, and Keith. They all went for food first, then they finally decided to start shopping.
"Little man what's Kaner like?" Crawford asked
"How should I know. I've only been here for a little under 3 months. Y'all have known him longer." Christian said
"True." Crawford said
Sharp walked over to Christian, "How's you shoulder and chest?"
"They hurt. Speaking of which, JJ do you have pain meds?" Christian asked
"Shit! I forgot to grab those! Do you NEED them or can you go a few hours without them?" Jon said
"I'll go without them for awhile I guess…" Christian said
*With Pat and Gina*
"So… How do you feel about wanting to start a family?" Gina asked Patrick
"Haven't we already started one?" Was his response.
"Yeah, but a child that is ours. Christian is technically your brother, not your son. I would like to have a kid of our own Pat." Gina said
"How about we get married, then have a kid?" Pat suggested
"Then forget having a kid…." Gina said as she began to walk away, but Pat grabbed her by her arm, "Gina, I'm sorry. You know I love you, its just. Christian called me dad today."
"Babe he's going to do that. He hasn't had a dad there for him, ever. So you're like a dad to him." Gina said
"I guess you're right." Pat grabbed her and laid on top of her in the bed, "You know what else you're right about?" He asked her
Gina looked up at him, "What?"
"Having a kid. If you really want to, then we should. We have the house to ourselves for the next few hours. Lets have some fun!" Pat said while looking at her.
They began to kiss and took each others clothes off.

*With The guys*
They were in the car driving to Total Hockey, "Hey Jon. I think he's a little tired." Shaw said point out Christian asleep in the back of his truck.
"I feel bad because I don't have his pain meds." Jon said looking at him asleep.
"Just give it to him when we get home." Sharp said.
They pulled into Total Hockey, and Sharp stayed in the car with Christian while they all went to go get something for Kaner. They took around 30 min in the store, then came back out with 3 bags full of stuff. They headed back to their house. No body could wake up Christian, so Crawford ended up carrying him upstairs. Once they got there they walked into the house and saw Pat and Gina laying on the couch watching a movie.
"Where do you wanna go to dinner tonight Pat?" Jon asked
"I don't really have a preference. Where's Christian?" He said
"Coreys carrying him up. Don't worry." Jon said, "Well, I need you two to get dressed nice and get Christian his pain meds first, then after that we're leaving."
Gina and Pat got up and went to get ready. Patrick got Christian his pain meds and they let him sleep right after he took them.
