"Is everyone on the bus?" Called an equipment manager.
I looked around, doing a quick check, before nodding.
"Let's go! Winnipeg, here we come!" He called, taking his seat near the front of the bus.
I tapped on the youtube icon on my phone, and it brought up the Shaytards channel. I tapped on the vlog from the day before, and handed my phone to Avia.
"Jake, you need anything?" Asked one of the members of the LA Kings travel staff.
I shook my head, thanking him before I glanced out at the window. The bus pulled out of the arena's VIP parking area, and onto the highway.
"Welcome aboard the Los Angeles Kings private bus! Out travel today will be from St. Paul, Minnesota, to Winnipeg, Manitoba. The drive will take approximately 8 hours. We will be pulled over at the border, so please be prepared. The bus leaves at 12:00 AM, on Friday, October 4th, 2013, and arrives at 12:00 PM, on Friday, October 4th, 2013. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask any member of our cabin crew. Thank you, and we hope you enjoy the drive." The PA system blared.
"Hey everyone. It's Jake. Welcome to October 4th, 2013! We are on the Los Angeles Kings bus right now. It's just me, and PrincessTard, and BabyTard." I said, turning on the camera. "It is midnight, and we are headed out of Minnesota, to Winnpeg for a game tonight."
I panned the camera around, to show the girls.
"The girls are watching the vlog from 2 days ago, and the rest of the fam is coming by plane later today." I said. "The drive will have 4 hours of stops, and 8 hours of driving, before we get to the arena and get ready to play."
Avia glanced up, and smiled.
"We won a couple of hours ago, in Minnesota." I said, passing the camera to Avia.
She began to vlog, and I closed my eyes. It would be a long ride.
