“Are you sure you don’t want anything to eat or drink?” Freddy asked Bailey as he cut a piece of apple pie for himself.

“No thanks. I’m just going to hang out with Marshall until we have to head out. I’m really going to miss this little guy.”

“You know you can visit anytime you want.”

“Be careful what you say or you might end up with a new roommate.”

“I’m sure Tyler wouldn’t mind that at all.” Freddy said with a wink as he added a scoop of vanilla ice cream to his pie.

“Is that really all you’re going to eat?”

“Yep!” Freddy said as he took his first bite.

Bailey shook her head and laughed as she took his picture and posted it on twitter. “@tseguin92 you need to teach your roomie better eating habits. This is @freddybender’s dinner.”

“@OTBailey Best dinner ever! @tseguin92 you wouldn’t believe how GOOOOD this pie is!”

“@OTBailey @freddybender is that apple pie? If so, you better save me some!”

“@tseguin92 @freddybender a little birdie once told me apple pie is his favorite dessert.”

“@tseguin92 Can’t promise there will be any left when you get home. I’m convinced @OTBailey is a living Betty Crocker!”

“@freddybender @OTBailey I’m the one who earned the pie this week so you better not eat all of it! I’d hate to have to kick you out of my home.”

“@tseguin92 Earned? If I recall it was more like tricked. Maybe I should let @freddybender eat all of it.”

“@OTBailey you do realize that @freddybender was in on the “trick” too.”

“@tseguin92 @freddybender lucky for both of you I’m very forgiving.”

“@tseguin92 don’t be fooled, @OTBailey isn’t as sweet as she claims. Wait until you see what she’s done to Marshall.”

“@OTBailey what did you do to my boy?”

“@tseguin92 I have no idea what @freddybender is talking about.”

“@tseguin92 @OTBailey has spoiled the little monster and there’s this (Freddy attached a picture of Marshall in a Bruins doggie sweater).”

“@tseguin92 @freddybender Marshall is the best cuddle buddy ever, of course I spoiled him.”

“@OTBailey @freddybender that’s my boy, he learned from the best! But the sweater must go!”

“@tseguin92 @freddybender but he looks adorable and is ready to cheer on his daddy.”

“@OTBailey @freddybender that’s my point, I want him to be tough.”

“@tseguin92 he can be both! Got to run we are headed to TD Garden. By the way, I made 2 pies so there is plenty for you and @freddybender to enjoy.”

“@OTBailey You’re the best! Have fun at the concert with @freddybender.”

“@tseguin92 Thanks. Have a safe trip home!”

Bailey and Freddy headed out to the Pink concert. They tweeted pictures of all the amazing Cirque du Soleil tricks Pink and her dancers did throughout the night. Freddy also tweeted a selfie with his arm around Bailey with Pink in the background. Tyler was glad that Bailey was obviously having a great time at the concert, but he was beginning to regret suggesting she invite Freddy. Tyler knew his jealousy was irrational, but he couldn’t help it. He never truly cared for a girl before now and was frustrated that every time he started to get closer to Bailey something got in the way. He was afraid that Bailey would take everything as a sign and realize she’s too good for him at any minute. What if he was pushing Bailey right into Freddy’s arms?

Notes

I promise Tyler and Bailey will reunite in person in the next chapter. I hope everyone is ok that the story hasn't jumped right into a full blown relationship; I'm really trying to make things happen in a somewhat realistic time frame. This is my first story, so I am still playing with how to move things along without too large of a jump. I think it will move along much faster after the next couple of chapters.
