*Katie’s POV*

“Damn Gabe is good.” I said to Annabella, who was busy watching Gabe jump on the rest of his team mates as he just scored yet another goal. We were at the biggest game of the year and the fans were going crazy. Annabella and I sat kinda far back, because we got there a little late, but it didn’t matter. We were having a lot of fun still. After swearing rather loudly, because the refs made a bad call, Annabella brought her attention to me and Gally. “So you and Gally.” was all she said as my complete focus was on the game. “Yah what about?” I asked her, not even turning to face her. “Whattya mean? Why the hell aren’t you guys dating?!” She said nudging me in the arm. Now I lost all concentration on the game. “I don’t know! We don’t wanna be, I guess.” I thought about Gally and I for a second. Whenever we went somewhere where we needed a date me and Gally would always go together. I like Gally a lot, it’s just both of us didn’t want to get into a relationship. I was fine with the casual make outs in his room after school, or him taking me to homecoming. We didn’t have any drama, and I liked it like that. “Well you guys need to date soon.” Annabella said to me as I snapped out of it. “Nah, I’m fine with just being friends.” I said to her as Gally scored a goal. “That’s my boy!” I yelled, jumping out of my seat and sitting back down. Annabella ignored that goal and went on to say “Friends huh? Well do friends just casually make out in a bedroom at someone’s birthday party?” I laughed. “Hey, I apologized about that like a million times, and yah we were just being stupid and having fun.” Annabella laughed too. “Some friendship.” I rolled my eyes at the thought of that night.

*Flashback (Annabella’s Birthday Party)*

“Happy birthday girly!” I yelled over the loud music as I hugged Annabella from behind. She was doin’ some heavy flirting with Gabe when she turned around and hugged me back. “Thanks Katie!” she said. I could tell she didn’t wanna be bothered. She was too busy with Gabe of course. I decided to leave her alone after that so I went to go find someone I actually liked. There were a lot of people in her house, and getting around was rather difficult. At last I found Gally with his friends standing by the stairs. “Hey Katie.” they all said in unison. “Hey boys, why aren’t any of you getting’ any, for god sakes it’s a party!” They laughed as they shrugged their shoulders in agreement. “Come on, there’s some hot one’s over there.” Matt said to the rest of the guys. The boys moved on leaving Gally behind.

“So Gally, you havin’ fun?” I said smirking at him. “Tons.” he said sarcastically. “Well why not?! I am!” I said as I started to playfully dance and rub my body up against him. He laughed as I made a fool out of myself. “See this is the kind of stuff I enjoy!” I stopped dancing as my face was about 2 inches from his. “I’m glad.” I said, blowing on his face right after. I stepped back and was about to walk away. “Good god, you tease.” he said, grabbing my arm and pulling me in close again. I laughed as are faces were back to being 2 inches apart. “Whatya want Galchenyuk?” I said as he breathed on my neck. “I want you.” he said in response. He took my hand and guided me upstairs. I didn’t bother stopping him. I didn’t want him to stop. It was time to have some real fun. “Gally what are we doing? We can’t go in here! This is Annabella’s room!” He opened her bedroom door and pulled me in. “Got any better suggestions?” he said. “Uh yah there’s a guest room!” “Too late!” he said as he slammed her door and pulled me onto the bed with him. We made out for a while, and I could tell he wanted to go further, but I wasn’t gonna let him. I wasn’t about to give up my virginity in my best friends bedroom with a guy that wasn’t even my boyfriend.

Things were getting pretty intense and I was afraid we were actually gonna end up going all the way, but thank god that it all ended the next second. “Whoa there!” I heard a voice say. I looked up and Gabe and Annabella were holding hands in the doorway. “Oh shit!” I said getting off of Gally and standing up. Annabella surprisingly wasn’t mad. She and Gabe laughed as Gally stumbled trying to get up off the bed. “What are you guys doing here?” Gally asked Gabe and Annabella. I shot Gally a dirty look. For god sakes Gal, it’s her fucking room. Whattya mean “What are you guys doing here!” I thought as Gally just asked the dumbest question possible. “Uhh we were gonna do the same thing you guys were just doing.” Gabe said looking at us both strangely. Ugh this was so embarrassing. Gally exited the room and I followed him. “Uh have fun with that Bella.” I said to her, not making eye contact. I shut the door behind her and mortified I followed Gally to join the rest of the party.

-End Flashback-

“Ugh I know Annabella, you told me a million times, It’s nice being friends though.” I said to her. She finally gave up on pressuring me to date Gally. The boys were winning by three and there was less than a minute left. “Come on boys, just keep it strong now.” I yelled during the timeout. Gabe was lecturing the team with Gally by his side. “Don’t worry they got it.” Annabella said as they got back out on the ice. GALLY SCORED! We were ahead by 4 with 10 seconds left. “We won Bella, We won!” We both jumped up and down in excitement as the boys did the same. After about 20 minutes of the boys congratulating, Annabella suggested we go down and see them. “You wanna come see the boys with me?” She asked as I grabbed my coat. “Duhh.” I said, laughing as we made our descent down.

“You did great baby.” Annabella said as she kissed Gabe’s cheek. He pulled her in close and kissed her hard. “Get a room!” Gally yelled as he skated towards me. “Great job Gal.” I said to him. “Thanks Katie.” I gave him a giant hug and let him get off the ice.

As the team went back to the locker room, Annabella and I waited outside for them. “So you and Gabe gonna go have fun?” I asked, winking at her at the same time. She laughed and said “Yup, Gabe is going to take me out to eat for celebration.” “Have fun with that.” We stood in an awkward silence for a minute. “So what are you doing after this Kay?” she asked me. “Oh, I think I’m just gonna head home and take a nap. I’m awfully tired of screaming.” Before Annabella could respond I heard someone say “You’re not going home, you’re coming with me.” I turned around to face a half-naked Gally, only covered by a towel. “God damnit Gally put some clothes on!” Annabella yelled covering her eyes. I stood there laughing at him. Ya gotta admit, he looked pretty good in just a towel. He was pretty confident about it too. “Sorry, I just heard that Katie was gonna go die alone at home, and figured she should hang with me.” “Die alone?” I said giggling. I tried to focus on his face and not his muscular arms or his abs. “Yes die alone Katie.” He noticed I was drooling over his amazing body. “Ya know you can have this if we hang out now.” I blushed a little and nodded my head as he went back in the locker room. Annabella uncovered her eyes and said “Damn girl, he wants you!” I continued to blush and giggle like an idiot. “Well, are you gonna go hang with him?” she asked me, using her fingers as quotation marks as she said the word hang. I sighed. “Yes, I’m gonna hang with him.” “Ooh good for you Katie, make sure you be smart now, and make sure he wears a con-..” I cut her off. “I know Bella, come on now, I’m not that stupid.” Our conversation was interrupted as Gabe came out. “You ready babe?” he asked Annabella as she grabbed his arm. “Have fun Katie.” she said as they were about to walk away. “Oh jeez Kate, I didn’t even see you there. Watch out Gally is a horny little bastard right now, and he plans on getting’ some.” Gabe said to me. Annabella and I both laughed. “Thanks for the heads up Gabe.” They soon left while I was sitting waiting for Gally to hurry up.

Shortly after he came out dressed in sweatpants and a hockey shirt. “Ready?” he said, gleaming. “What the hell took you so long Gal!?” I said nudging him in the arm. “I wanted to make sure I look good for you babe.” he said laughing. I continued to tease him. “You’re dressed in sweatpants and a t-shirt, you call that looking good?” He shot me a dirty look. “Oh I’m sorry, most girls are turned on by that look.” I rolled my eyes as we walked to his car. He opened the car door for me. “Why aren’t you a gentleman.” I said getting in. I felt his hand slap my ass right before it touched the seat. Oh he didn’t just do that, I thought as he shut my door and went to get in the driver’s seat. “You like that Katie?” he said smirking while starting the car at the same time. I sighed. “Ya like you’re gettin’ any with that attitude.” He looked over at me and laughed. We were about 2 minutes from his house before he actually responded. “Honey, I just invited you here, so you could have fun, not me.” I turned to face him. “Well if that’s the reason, you can just drop me off at my house and I’ll find a way to entertain myself.” I said, smirking. “Katie, Katie, Katie…you know I’m only kidding. I want you as much as you want me.” I laughed a little too hard on that one. “I don’t necessarily want you. I just have nothing better to do.” We pulled into his driveway. No one was home but us thank god. “Say what ya want but after tonight you are definitely gonna want more.” I chuckled a little while I got out of the car. “Whatever you say Gally.”

As soon as we got through the door he started kissing me. “Holy shit Gal, can’t ya wait a sec?!” I said pulling away. He ignored me and continued to kiss my neck. I pretended to struggle for a couple of minutes before giving up. He was right. I wanted him. I wanted him bad. But I was going to admit that to him yet, my body would later.

I could feel Alex breathing in and out heavily as I lay on his bare chest. “Good thing we made it to the bed Katie.” he said before letting out his last big breathe of air. “I know right.” I said giggling, while my fingers traced circles oh his hard abdomen. “So Gal, where still just friends right?” I looked up at him as he played with my hair. “Yah Katie, I don’t wanna be in a committed relationship at the moment.” “Thank god, neither do I. Everyone pressures you into being in a relationship, but I just wanna have a good time!” I rested my head on his chest and closed my eyes. “Fuck buddies?” he asked me. I opened my eyes and smiled ahead of me. “Fuck buddies” I said in agreement before closing them again.
