"Jon! You need to wake up because we need to go to UC to pick up your stuff and the final interviews.” Addison was trying to get Jon out of bed. It’s been a couple of days since they got elevated from the Kings. There was no way that Corey would have stop that tip in. All Addison heard was Jon mumbling at her in his pillow. Then her phone was ringing and it was Kennedy calling.
“Kaner is not leaving the bed!” Kennedy screaming into her phone.
“Yea so is Jon and we need to get going soon.” Addison walked out of her room and see that Jon’s parents were in the kitchen, David was in the living room watching TV.
“I am leaving for New York at the end of the week and I don’t want him to be in bad all week.”
“When is he going back to Buffalo?”
“Well I’m going to New York in the end of the week and Pat is going to met me there in a couple of days after he visited some of his friends in Buffalo.”
“Just tell him that he can’t have sex if he’s going to act like a child more than a man. Hey I have to go because I need a miracle to get Jon out of bed.”
"Ok talk to you later.” When Addison was done talking on the phone, Jon’s mom handed her a plate full of great breakfast.
“Thanks Andree.” Addison huffed.
“Jon’s still in bed?”
“Yep and I have no clue how to get him out. We need to go in a couple of hours and he needs to clean up. Jon still hasn’t shaved. Kennedy text me that Kaner hasn’t even done the same.”
“Dave! Go get your brother out of bed and get him to shave that things that he has on his face.” Jon mom called out for him.
“Do whatever it takes to get him out of bed.” Addison told David. David got off of the couch and headed into Jon’s room. Addison could hear Jon and David yelling at each other, loud thuds and lots of cursing from Jon. Which that mean David did get the job done. When David came out of the room he was proud of himself.
“Well got him out of bed and into the shower. No I didn’t hurt him but I did push him off the bed.”
“Did you tell him that he needs to shave?” Addison asks.
“Yes I did and he just rolled his eyes at me then walked into the bathroom.” About 30 minutes later Jon came out of the room but still was wearing that beard.
“Jon!” Addison cover her eyes.
“What? I’m out of bed and took a shower.” Jon was confused.
“Jon, you have your final interview today and do you want to wear that?” Addison pointed out the beard. Jon was touching his beard thinking that he should grow it out for the rest of the summer.
“Jon you should just make your beard into a goatee.” David was trying to make everyone laugh. Then David jump off the counter and grab Jon. Addison was kinda of worried of what it would look like. Not even 5 minutes then boys came back out and Jon was wearing the full goatee.
“Wow Jon, it really looks great on you.”
“No, I look old and stupid.”
“Well it’s to late to change your mind now because we have to go. Now let’s hope and pray that Kennedy got Kaner out of bed.” Addison grab her stuff, Jon and headed to the UC.

When they got there, Kaner was there and he was still wearing his beard.
“Kaner I think you forgot to do something before you left.” Addison pointed at her face.
“No I wasn’t in the mood to shave it off today. Beside Kennedy told me that if I didn’t get out of bed then I won’t have sex for the whole summer. She also would have call all of my sisters to make me get up.” He looked at Jon. “How did Addison get you out of bed?”
“By using David to wake me up.” Kaner gave him a weird look.
“What?”
“That goatee man, doesn’t look good on you.”
“Well I think it looks sexy on him. Beside your beard is more ridiculous right now.” Addison went on her tip toes and kiss his cheek.
While Addison was watching the players were doing their interviews for the reporters. Stan came down and sat down next to her.
“So I hope that you are coming with me to Philly for the draft.”
“I was planing on that but I didn’t know if you want to keep me around.” Stan laughed a little.
“No you are a great part of the team and I think it would be great if you went with me, the team and see what’s it like to do a draft. Beside I am going to sign Jon and Patrick for this team for a long time. Which means if you are still seeing Jon I have to keep him too.”
“I’ll keep that in mind. But if you still want me on our team then I don’t want to know how much Jon and Patrick are going to make.” Stan nodded his head to agree with Addison. After the interviews Addison went over to all of the team mates and told them good bye, see them in August. Jon needed to do something and he dropped Addison off. When Addison went inside her place Jon’s family was watching TV.
“How did Jon do in the the interviews?”
“Good, one of the interviews did talk about his goatee.”
“Where’s Jon?”
“He had to do something and so I told him just to drop me off.”
“Do you know when he will be coming back?” His mom was asking me a lot of questions.
“I didn’t ask."

It’s been a couple of hours since Jon dropped Addison back at their place. Addison should of ask where Jon was going but then he didn’t want to be that girlfriend that wanted to know where and when Jon is at. It was getting around 8 o’clock at night and her phone was ringing, it was Kennedy.
“Hey.”
“I think you need to get your boyfriend.”
“What are you talking about?”
“I have been reading twitter that Jon’s have been at this mini golf place all day after the interviews. You might need to get him.”
“Ok do you know which on he’s in?” Kennedy text her the address of the mini golf and went to pick Jon up. As she was driving to the golf place she was thinking why was he there, why was here there that long and is he drunk? When she climb out of her car. There wasn’t any car expect Jon’s.
‘Then how come Kennedy knew this from twitter when there is no one here.’ She asked her self. When she walked into the golf place. There was a guy standing next to hole one.
“Are you Addison?”
“Yes I am.”
“And I bet your here for Jon?” Addison nodded his head. Then he handed her a club.
“He told me to tell you that the only way you could see him if you play the whole game and he will met you at the 18 hole.” Addison wanted to laugh and say that this is a joke. But then Jon doesn’t do jokes. She went through what Jon wanted her to do. Addison was getting close to the 18 hole when she could hear Hunter Hayes music in the background. She has no clue what Jon is doing but she would love to know why. When she got to hole 18, she was looking around to find Jon but he wasn’t around. She was getting pissed that she’s there at hole 18. She was there but not Jon, Addison was about to give up and head home.
“Addison?” Jon walked behind her and she was relieve that he’s safe.
“Jon, you scared me. Why are you here?” Then he hold up his hand to make Addison to stop talking.
“I can answer that question till you get that ball in the whole.” Addison was kinda of getting angry at Jon for doing this but she has to know. After the ball went into the whole the 4 try, she turn around and was happy to get that finish.
“Ok Jon the ball is in the hole. So why are we here?” Jon then went down on his right knee.
“I was going to do this in LA but then I didn’t know the prefect time to ask you. Then what happen from the Kings. Addison you know my favorite time of day is. It’s always Sunday morning. The way the sun comes out with all of the bright colors that hits the sky. The bird will chirp by our window with no one on the streets yet because everyone is sleeping in. But when you open your eyes every morning I could see the Sunday morning in your eye, Addison Grace Addison, will you marry me?” When Jon open up the box, Addison was speechless because how beautiful the ring was. She was thinking really quick about this. They only been together for since the first month of the season. With all the bull shit Addison went through, Jon was there by her side. From finding out that she has a farther, brother and a real family. She loves Jon more than hockey. Addison told her self that if she finds anyone, loves that person more than hockey than he’s the one. Jon is the one.
“Yes Jon I will marry you!” Jon got up from his knee and pick up Addison. Now Jon now knows the feeling when Sharpie told him that story. When Jon set her down on to her feet, he place the ring on to her finger and kissed her.
When they got home, it was a surprise party. All of the Blackhawks team mates were there with their family, the Sharp family was there, Kaner and Kennedy were there. Addison hug Kennedy was in shock that she was in the whole thing for Jon.
“Now let me see this ring on your finger.” Addison showed everyone the ring and the agree that it was the prefect chose for Addison. When Patrick came over and gave Addison a hug.
“I’m so happy for you sis.”
“Thanks bro.”

In the morning Addison headed in to the bathroom. She was putting her hair up in a pony tail and she sees her ring right next to her sink. She picked it up and did a full exam of the ring. It was so beautiful and it was in grave with the Tiffany logo. It didn’t take Addison a second to remember that day when Jon needed to go to Tiffany to grab his watch. He did this right under her nose. Jon walked into the bathroom and was behind Addison. He wasn’t wearing a shirt and only his boxers.
“Morning.” Jon kissed her shoulder.
“Morning.” She put her ring on. “Any plans today?” Jon headed into the shower.
“The boys and I are going to a Cubs game.” He turn on the shower and jumped in. Addison jump on to the counter.
“Oh, do you mind if I can come. I think Kennedy’s going to.”
“Sure that would be great.” She jump off the counter and walk closer to the shower.
“Then move over so I can get ready to.”
They headed to Wrigley Field and Kennedy was coming with Kaner. Addison did like the sport but she doesn’t know all the rules of the game so it make it boring. The Cubs are playing against the Pittsburgh Pirates. Jon sat with the boys, Addison sat with Kennedy.
“Have you guys talked about anything about the wedding?”
“He just asked last night. We have time and beside I am going to Philly for the draft. So I am going to be busy. Plus if I tell him that I want a small wedding than it would be easier for everyone.”
“Where?”
“I will get to that soon enough. Clam down my maid of honor.” It took Kennedy a second that Addison wants her to me her MOH. Kennedy wrapped her arms around Addison and jump up and down.
“I take it that’s a yes.”
“Or course dumb ass. Who do you think Jon’s going to ask to be his best man, David, Kaner or TJ?”
“I have no clue but I think it might be Kaner."
