Patricks POV

Tonight my team has a game against Vancouver our division rivalry. Nights when I have a week or so long road trip I normally use that time as Lacey's time to have the kids. I'm dropping them off at Lacey's at 7 it's 10 now I have practice until 1 I have to pick the kids up at 3.

"Hey pat" jonathan says as I walk into the locker room
"are u ready for the road trip patrick?" "Not really, I'm not looking forward to the kids being with Lacey I went after full custody for a reason. I don't like them being around her"
"pat she is their mother she wouldn't do anything to hurt them"
"she was a drug addict and convicted in a federal prison. I went home she had a drug dealer in the house while the kids were there. They shouldn't be around a women like that regardless of wether she's there mother."



3oclock

"hey guys" I say as the kids walk over to car after the bell rang to release them from school.
"hey dad" they mutter before going into the car. "What's wrong" I ask. "Kids at school told us our mom was a druggie she wasn't was she daddy" sailor said almost crying

oh shit I think I wasn't gonna tell them for a while. I
they knew she was gone in a place you go when your bad but u never really said anything else besides that. No I'm gonna have to explain Jesus Christ.

Sorry it was a while inbetween updates. Sorry for the short update. Decided to do a quick update while watching patrick and jonathan playing one of my teams OTTAWA!!! Chicanos my second favourite
