Becoming Stronger together

*On The Ice*

"Hey Sharpie can you get Dixie and T off the ice. I don't want them getting hurt." Christian asked
"Sure thing." Sharp walked into the locker room with Tristan and Dixie, "Hey Kaner you alright?"
Patrick looked up, "Yeah I'm just tired."
"You're dizzy aren't you?" Sharp asked, "You took a hard hit to the head a few season ago. It could be from that, we should have the staff take a look at it and just make sure everything is alright."
Kaner nodded his head in agreement, "Alright. Tristan come here bud. Wanna play with Dixie?"

Sharpie walked out of the locker room and back onto the ice with Christian, Seabs, Shaw, Toews, Crawford, Sadd, Bollig, and himself. They couldn't believe the amount of skill Christian had. They were playing full contact and thankfully no one got injured. Christians' pacemaker went off once or twice so that got him to sit out for a little bit, but other than that they had fun playing and just hanging out.

They were getting ready to leave and Jon pulled Christian to the side, "Hey two things. One, don't let your brother drive, I don't want him passing out or anything. Two, when we get back to Chicago tomorrow night you're going to the Team Illinois tryouts and trying out. I guarantee you make the team."
Christian didn't want to argue because he was tired, so he just agreed to everything Jon said.

*Back at The Hotel*

Tristan raced Dixie in the hall way to their room and Christian followed behind them. The whole team was out at bars drinking and what not. Hossa and 2 other guys stayed back to keep an eye on Christian and Tristan, but Kaner was out drinking.
Christian kept falling asleep then walking up to check on Tristan, but when He finally started to fall asleep his phone went off.

*On the Phone*

C: Who's this?
J: It's Jon. I need your help.
C: I'm trying to sleep. Leave me alone.
J: Christian please?
C: Fine. What do you want?
J: Alright go into mine and your brothers room and look in my backpack for your brothers' License, Passport, his insurance card, my license, and my insurance card too.
C: Why do y'all need those?
J: Your brother may have gotten thrown in jail for punching a cab driver while drunk.
C: Yeah and I'm the one with addiction issues…. What police station am I going to?
J: Shaw is going to come pick you up. Go to Hossa's room and make sure he watches T.
C: Sure. Bye.

*End of Phone Call*

Christian went and talked with Hossa and he said he would watch Dixie and Tristan.

*With Shaw*

"Hey you have all the documents they asked for?" Shaw asked as Christian got in the car.
Christian handed him a folder, "Yeah all of it is in here."
"Thanks." Shaw said driving off
"Do you think they're going to let him out?" Christian asked
Shaw looked at him, "They should. He'll probably just be pressed with charges, but hey, don't worry about it."

Christian sat back in his seat and started to fall asleep. Once they got to the police station, Shaw woke up Christian and walked in with him.

"Shaw I wouldn't bring him in here." Jon said to him
"Why not. It'll teach him that if he keeps up with drugs and what not he can end up here." Shaw said.
Christian looked around and saw his brother with handcuffs on and drunk out of his mind, "May I please leave?" He asked
Sharpie and Seabs came up to him and walked out with him, "Wanna go back and go to bed?"
Christian nodded his head and they left.
