Captain Clutch

I woke up suddenly temporarily forgetting where I was. I felt someone holding me. Sidney. I shifted under his arm and snuck out of the bed being careful not to wake him. It was morning and I didn't remember falling asleep. I went into the washroom and turned on the shower. I quickly got undressed and hopped in. I quickly showered and blow dried my hair. After I finished I walked back into the room where Sidney was still sleeping soundly. I went over to my suitcase and got out a pair of black skinny jeans along with a plain white t-shirt. I put them on and went to fix my makeup. Just as I finished I heard a soft knock at the door. It was still pretty early. I started to panic thinking it might be Maxime. I walked over to the door and looked through the peep hole. I sighed with relief as I saw Malkin standing there. I opened the door.
"Kayla you eat?" Malkin asked.
"Not yet." I said giving him a quick hug.
"Ok we get Sid and we eat." He said turning to start back down the hall. I started giggling.
"Sid's sleeping in here." I said pointing behind me.
"Oh." Malkin said raising an eye brow at me. I waved for him to come inside. We went into the room and over to the bed where Sidney was still sleeping peacefully. I smiled. He looked so handsome, I didn't want to wake him up.
"I wake him." Malkin said starting toward Sidney. I put my hand out and stopped him.
"Let me do it." I said walking over to the side of the bed Sidney was laying on. I leaned down.
"Baby, wake up." I whispered in his ear before nipping at his ear lobe. Malkin shook his head.
"Huh?" Sidney said opening his eyes. "Where... Oh Kayla."
"Morning handsome." I said before I kissed him on the top of his head.
"This cute." Malkin said. Sidney looked over at him with wide eyes.
"What the?" Sidney said. I started laughing.
"I guess we fell asleep last night." I said.
"Guess so." Sidney said sitting up.
"We are going to breakfast." I said picking Sidney's clothes up off the floor and tossing them at him. "Get dressed."
"Yes ma'am." He said throwing the covers back. Luckily he was in his boxers. He pulled on his pants and then stood up. I turned toward Malkin.
"You can't speak a word to anyone." I said sternly.
"Tell all." He said before he started cracking up. I raised my eyebrow about to fake scold him, but then I felt Sidney's arms around me. He pushed my hair off my neck and started placing kisses on my neck making me shiver under him.
"Ugh." Malkin said shielding his eyes while laughing. I turned around toward Sidney and kissed him passionately.
"Geno get out." Sidney and I said at the same time. We were staring into each others eyes.
"What?" Malkin said.
"Kidding." I said walking past Malkin and opening the door. We walked out into the hallway.
"Sid there you are.." Marc Andre Fleury said walking up to us with Pascal Dupuis.
"Yeah Sid, where were you last night?" Pascal asked. "You never came back to the room. Crap I forgot they shared a room and Sidney fell asleep in my room.
"He sleep with me." Malkin said before Sidney could answer.
"Well not with him." Sidney said chuckling.
"Sid cuddle me." Malkin said putting his arm around Sidney's shoulder. I shook my head and started laughing.
"Get off me." Sidney said pushing Malkins arm off his shoulder. My stomach growled.
"Breakfast." I said starting toward the stairs. Before we got to the end of the hallway I saw James come out of his room. He turned toward me.
"Hey Kayla. Good Morning." He said as he hugged me tight.
"Morning." I said hugging him back. He looked so cute today. He was in jeans and a plane black t-shirt with his hair in a sexy mess. He was also wearing glasses and he looked so cute in them.
"I like your glasses." I said as we walked to catch up to where the guys were going through the door to the stairs.
"Thanks." He said blushing a little. We were silent for a couple seconds.
"Kayla..." He started. "I was wondering..."
"Yes?" I said looking a little confused. I had a feeling I knew where this was going.
"Would you want to get something to eat with me after the game tonight?" He asked giving me a shy smile.
"Like a date?" I asked winking at him and giving him a little playful shove.
"Yeah, I guess." He said giving me a little shove back.
"Sure." I said. Sidney and I were seeing each other, but not officially and we weren't telling people. I was afraid someone was going to catch on and I didn't want the guys knowing about us yet. I was afraid things would get back to the media and that wouldn't be good.
"Really?" James asked looking surprised at me.
"Why not?" I said linking my arm with his as we walked through the door at the bottom of the stairs into the lobby. The guys were standing around waiting for us and Sidney looked at me with a funny look on his face.
"Cool." James said looking happy. He walked ahead of me and I smiled to myself. I liked James and I wanted to get to know him better. Marc stayed behind to wait for me.
"You and James?" Marc asked once I got beside him.
"Yeah." I said smiling. "Its just a date."
"Sure." Marc said winking at me. We walked into the dining room they had set up for us and got our breakfast. The whole team was here and I enjoyed sitting with some of the guys I hadn't really talked to. I was really starting to like being around these guys.
