Stanley Cup Final Blues
Summary
After riding the pine for nearly two seasons with the occasional start in San Jose with The Sharks, Robyn Sanheim gets to start because Antti Niemi pulls his groin. After the starter's sudden injury, Robyn rises to the occasion and steals the number one spot between the posts.
The Sharks have made the Stanley Cup Finals and in an action-filled game seven, Robyn Sanheim falls 3-2 to Carey Price and The Montreal Canadiens. It was an emotional loss seeing that her three-year contract was coming to an end.
She had the choice to resign or to go elsewhere.
Yeah well a lot of really good players actually did play for the London Knights during the same time I set it in. But for guys like Eberle, Benn, etc. she played with during WJ's. But with Stamkos, she lived in the same place as him growing up. :)
